【摘要】：正冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以來(lái)的20多年中,中美關(guān)系在曲折、起伏中得到了廣泛深入的發(fā)展。中美兩國(guó)間密切的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)關(guān)系是冷戰(zhàn)后兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)期和堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。與此同時(shí),中美兩國(guó)曾多次出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重對(duì)抗、沖突或危機(jī),而每次對(duì)抗、沖突和危機(jī)都是美國(guó)挑起的。近一年來(lái)美國(guó)在反對(duì)中國(guó)方面已達(dá)到完全不顧基本事實(shí)的狀態(tài)。美國(guó)在中國(guó)領(lǐng)土主權(quán)、在亞洲安全問(wèn)題上采取與中國(guó)對(duì)立對(duì)抗的敵對(duì)方針是由美國(guó)的內(nèi)政外交特別是由美
[Abstract]:In the more than 20 years since the end of the Cold War, the relationship between China and the United States has been extensively and deeply developed in twists and turns. The close economic and social relations between China and the United States are the long-term and solid foundation for the development of their relations after the cold war. At the same time, China and the United States have many serious confrontations, conflicts or crises, and each confrontation, conflict and crisis is caused by the United States. For nearly a year, the United States has achieved a state of total disregard for basic facts in its opposition to China. The hostile policy adopted by the United States on China's territorial sovereignty and on Asian security issues is based on the internal and foreign affairs of the United States, especially on the United States.
