【摘要】：民國時(shí)期,報(bào)紙是政治組織宣揚(yáng)其政見的最好載體之一,民意測驗(yàn)是了解民眾意見的很好途徑。1928-1932年,國民黨上海市黨部依托《民國日報(bào)》,進(jìn)行了反日民意測驗(yàn)、元旦民意測驗(yàn)、總理紀(jì)念周民意測驗(yàn)和中東路民意測驗(yàn),力求通過民意測驗(yàn)了解上海民眾對時(shí)事的意見。國民黨上海市黨部是要通過《民國日報(bào)》對時(shí)政的宣傳,通過民意測驗(yàn)對民眾進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。可以說,在一定程度上,報(bào)刊對民眾的意見有著舉足輕重的影響,黨部對民意測驗(yàn)的大多數(shù)答案是滿意的,但民眾對之并非照單全收。在激起群眾的愛國熱情方面,《民國日報(bào)》通過民意測驗(yàn)無疑達(dá)到了它期望的目標(biāo),但在涉及到對國民黨的評(píng)價(jià)時(shí),因?yàn)槿罕妼顸h的看法見仁見智,黨部即使施加影響也不能得到完全滿意的答案,只能發(fā)揮著有限的作用。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, newspapers were one of the best carriers for political organizations to promote their political views. Public opinion polls were a good way to understand people's opinions. In 1928-1932, the KMT Shanghai Municipal Party Department, relying on the Republic of China Daily, conducted an anti-Japanese public opinion poll, New Year's Day opinion poll. Premier Commemorative Zhou poll and Middle East Road poll, through which to understand the opinions of Shanghai people on current affairs. The KMT Shanghai Party Department aims to guide the people through the propaganda of the Republic of China Daily and the public opinion polls. It can be said that, to some extent, newspapers and periodicals have a decisive influence on the opinions of the public. The Party Committee is satisfied with most of the answers to the opinion polls, but the public does not accept them as a whole. In terms of arousing patriotic enthusiasm among the masses, the "Republic of China Daily" undoubtedly achieved its desired goal through public opinion polls, but when it comes to the evaluation of the KMT, the masses have different views on the KMT. Even if the Party Central Committee exerts its influence, it will not be able to obtain a completely satisfactory answer, but can only play a limited role.
