【摘要】：光緒三十三年,東沙島被日本商人西澤吉次占據(jù)。清朝外務(wù)部電令兩江總督端方與兩廣總督張人駿調(diào)查。文章依據(jù)中國(guó)第一歷史檔案館藏端方檔案,考證清廷對(duì)東沙島的調(diào)查取證情況,分析交涉期間中央與地方對(duì)東沙島的認(rèn)識(shí),并介紹端方在交涉中的作用。同時(shí),勘正《西沙島東沙島成案匯編》一書(shū)的個(gè)別錯(cuò)誤。
[Abstract]:Guang Xu 33 years, Dongsha Island was occupied by the Japanese businessman Seizeiz. Qing Dynasty Ministry of Foreign Affairs ordered the Governor of the two Rivers and the Guangdong Governor Zhang Renjun investigation. Based on the archives of the Tibetan side of the first Historical Archives of China, this paper verifies the investigation and evidence collection of Dongsha Island by the Qing Dynasty, analyzes the understanding of Dongsha Island between the central and local authorities during the negotiation period, and introduces the role of the Duan Fang in the negotiation. At the same time, to correct the Xisha Island East Sha Island case Collection, a book of individual errors.
