【摘要】：研究中國(guó)黨政關(guān)系的發(fā)生必須從革命黨的產(chǎn)生著手。從"革命黨"的產(chǎn)生條件看,近代中國(guó)不具備直接建立民族國(guó)家的條件,只能在革命黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下經(jīng)歷一個(gè)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的歷史時(shí)期逐步建設(shè)民族國(guó)家。從"革命黨"的產(chǎn)生過(guò)程看,中國(guó)革命黨的產(chǎn)生過(guò)程就是為建立現(xiàn)代民族國(guó)家奠定基礎(chǔ)、積累條件的過(guò)程。從革命黨自身特征看,革命黨兼具政黨和國(guó)家的雙重職能。正是這些因素決定了革命黨建立國(guó)家政權(quán)之日就是黨政關(guān)系發(fā)生之時(shí)。
[Abstract]:The study of the relationship between the Party and the government in China must begin with the birth of the Revolutionary Party. From the point of view of the producing conditions of the "Revolutionary Party", modern China does not have the conditions to establish the nation-state directly, but only under the leadership of the Revolutionary Party to gradually build the nation-state under the leadership of the Revolutionary Party for a long period of time. From the point of view of the forming process of the "Revolutionary Party", the process of the formation of the Chinese Revolutionary Party is the process of laying the foundation and accumulating conditions for the establishment of the modern nation-state. From the revolutionary party's own characteristics, the revolutionary party has the dual functions of the party and the state. It is these factors that determine that the date of the establishment of the revolutionary party's state power is the time of the relationship between the party and the government.
