【摘要】： 蔣介石是中華民國歷史上的關(guān)鍵人物。1928年蔣介石重新上臺,便依托其中央權(quán)威開始了國民政府的統(tǒng)一計劃,而地方實力派成為了蔣首先要解決的對象。伴隨著日本侵略加深及中共武裝力量壯大等國內(nèi)外因素的影響,從1928年到1937年這十年間,蔣為了統(tǒng)一全國,對地方實力派采取了不同的策略�？墒瞧駷橹惯�沒有學者對蔣十年之中不同階段處理地方實力派的多種策略作專門研究。本文依據(jù)近年公開的“蔣介石日記”、《蔣中正總統(tǒng)檔案·事略稿本》等最新史料試圖對這一課題作初步探討。 全文共分三個部分,分別為蔣介石在不同背景下對地方實力派采取的不同策略。第一部分介紹了初上臺后蔣介石對地方實力派的積極主攻策略,主要分為蔣介石上臺后的國內(nèi)局勢及蔣的對內(nèi)主張、蔣對內(nèi)政策的初步推出、桂系對蔣初期政策的反彈——蔣桂戰(zhàn)爭、蔣初期政策實施的延續(xù)——蔣馮戰(zhàn)爭、蔣初期政策實施的重點——中原大戰(zhàn)等五個方面。第二部分介紹了蔣介石對地方實力派的被動防御策略,主要分為國內(nèi)外局勢突變及蔣對實力派妥協(xié)政策開始、蔣以“安內(nèi)”原則作為內(nèi)政主導方針、福建事變爆發(fā)對蔣政策的挑戰(zhàn)及蔣的對策、華北局勢變化及蔣對北方實力派關(guān)系調(diào)整等四個方面。第三部分則從內(nèi)外形勢的轉(zhuǎn)變與蔣對地方派系政策的再調(diào)整、胡漢民去世與蔣對兩廣打壓、西安事變的善后及其對蔣的影響、蔣對內(nèi)政的重新布局及結(jié)果等四個方面論述了蔣介石對地方實力派的再次主攻的策略。
[Abstract]:Jiang Jieshi was the key figure in the history of the Republic of China (.1928), Jiang Jieshi came back to power. Relying on its central authority, he began the unified plan of the national government, and the local power has become the first object to be solved by Chiang. With the influence of domestic and foreign factors such as the deepening of Japanese aggression and the growth of the armed forces of the Communist Party of China, from 1928 to 1937 In the past ten years, in order to unify the whole country, Jiang adopted different strategies for the local power groups. But so far, no scholars have made a special study of the various strategies to deal with local power in the different stages of Chiang Kai Shek in the past decade. This article is based on the latest historical materials such as the "Jiang Jieshi diary", "President Jiang Zhongzheng's archives." A preliminary discussion of the subject is made.
The full text is divided into three parts, which are the different strategies adopted by Jiang Jieshi in different backgrounds. The first part introduces the active main tactics of Jiang Jieshi to the local strength after the beginning of the stage, mainly divided into the domestic situation after Jiang Jieshi's coming to power and Chiang's opinion, the initial introduction of Chiang Kai Shek's internal policy, and the GUI department in the early days of Chiang Kai Shek. The rebound of policy - the war of Chiang and the Chiang Kai Shek and the continuation of Chiang Kai Shek's early policy implementation - Chiang Feng's war, the key to the implementation of Chiang Kai Shek's early policies - the five aspects of the Central Plains war. The second part introduced Jiang Jieshi's passive defense strategy for the local power faction, which was mainly divided into the domestic and foreign situation changes and the beginning of Chiang's compromise policy on the power faction. The internal "principle" as the guiding principle of internal affairs, the Fujian incident's challenge to Chiang Kai Shek's policy and Chiang's countermeasures, the change of the situation in North China and the adjustment of the relationship between the north and the north. The third part is the change from the internal and external situation and the readjustment of Chiang's policy on the local factions, Hu Han's death and Chiang's pressure on the Guangdong and Guangxi, and the aftermath of the Xi'an incident And its influence on Chiang Kai Shek, Jiang Jieshi's strategy of re attacking the local power faction in four aspects, such as the re layout and outcome of the internal affairs.
