【摘要】：1941年11月,日軍對(duì)常德發(fā)動(dòng)鼠疫細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)。國(guó)際頂尖的鼠疫防疫專家伯力士從1941年12月,開(kāi)始主持為期一年多時(shí)間的常德鼠疫防疫工作,他在從技術(shù)層面證實(shí)常德鼠疫為日軍所為、檢查鼠蚤預(yù)測(cè)鼠疫流行趨勢(shì)、主持常德鼠疫防疫工作以及培養(yǎng)鼠疫防疫和醫(yī)療人才等方面努力工作。1943年春,常德鼠疫沒(méi)有再次爆發(fā)流行,防疫戰(zhàn)取得階段性勝利。這一勝利成功阻斷了鼠疫傳染源,保衛(wèi)了包括重慶在內(nèi)的周邊地區(qū)的衛(wèi)生安全,徹底粉碎了日軍的細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)圖謀。伯力士作為外籍專家在常德鼠疫防控戰(zhàn)斗中發(fā)揮了關(guān)鍵作用,為中國(guó)抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期的防疫工作作出了杰出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In November 1941, the Japanese army launched a bacteriological battle against plague in Changde. In December 1941, Burnus, the world's top plague prevention expert, began to preside over the plague prevention work in Changde for more than a year. He confirmed that the plague in Changde was the work of the Japanese army from a technical point of view, and checked rat fleas to predict the plague epidemic trend. Presided over the work of plague prevention in Changde, and trained plague prevention and medical personnel, etc. In the spring of 1943, the plague did not break out again in Changde, and the epidemic prevention war won a phased victory. The victory successfully blocked the plague infection source, safeguarded the health and safety of the surrounding areas, including Chongqing, and completely shattered the Japanese army's plans for bacterial warfare. As a foreign expert, Burns played a key role in the battle of plague prevention and control in Changde, and made outstanding contributions to the prevention of plague in China during the War of Resistance against Japan.
