近代(1840-1949)武漢市城市形態(tài)演變研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟社會的高速發(fā)展,我國正處于城市化快速發(fā)展時期,迅速增加的城市人口,導致城市空間擴展、城市規(guī)模增大以及城市結(jié)構(gòu)重組,為了營造更好的城市空間,城市形態(tài)的研究逐漸引起人們的重視。運用歷史地理的方法探析歷史時期的城市形態(tài)特點,已經(jīng)成為進行城市形態(tài)研究的一種重要手段。 本文主要以近代武漢市城市形態(tài)為研究對象,根據(jù)城市形態(tài)演變的時空特征,將近代武漢城市形態(tài)劃分為形成期(1840~1911)、擴展期(1912~1937)、衰退期(1937~1949),運用歷史文獻分析法和地圖要素分析法,從各個時期城市形態(tài)演變的政治、經(jīng)濟、社會原因以及演變過程中城市形態(tài)外部輪廓、租界、市場、街道布局這些形態(tài)要素來分析近代武漢城市形態(tài)的演變過程,總結(jié)近代武漢城市形態(tài)演變特點。 本文通過分析近代武漢城市形態(tài)的演變過程,得出以下結(jié)論: (1)1840~1949年間,武漢城市空間形態(tài)逐漸擴展。水平方向上表現(xiàn)為城市地域蔓延,從沿江帶逐漸向沿河帶發(fā)展,城市逐漸向內(nèi)陸地區(qū)擴張,三鎮(zhèn)聯(lián)系加強;垂直方向上表現(xiàn)為城市上層空間利用率增加,建筑增多,城市規(guī)模變大。 (2)近代租界區(qū)的發(fā)展主要指1861~1937年間租界的發(fā)展,經(jīng)歷了形成、擴張、規(guī)劃三個階段。這一時期城市內(nèi)部空間由雜亂無章、街道狹窄到經(jīng)緯分明,道路通達性好、土地劃分整齊、功能布局清晰的格局形態(tài);外部空間范圍在不斷擴大,主要趨向于有便利運輸條件的水上運輸和鐵路運輸附近擴張,租界的擴張呈現(xiàn)出貿(mào)易與交通對它的吸引力。 (3)1840~1949年的武漢由封建內(nèi)陸的商業(yè)中心逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榘敕饨ò胫趁竦拈_放的貿(mào)易中心,銀行、公司、洋行、商會等商業(yè)建筑逐漸增多,商業(yè)中心發(fā)展促使了港口、碼頭、道路等城市設(shè)施的建設(shè),為現(xiàn)代武漢成為國際大都市奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 (4)近代武漢城市街道的演變特點:從外部形態(tài)看,街道的布局逐漸向外擴張;從內(nèi)部分布來看,港口碼頭布局和鐵路建設(shè)影響了街道的布局,城市的街道逐漸以聯(lián)結(jié)航運和鐵路運輸為主,街道建設(shè)逐漸出現(xiàn)了等級劃分,街道數(shù)量增多,路網(wǎng)通達性變好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, our country is in the period of rapid development of urbanization. The rapid increase of urban population leads to the expansion of urban space, the expansion of urban scale and the reorganization of urban structure, in order to create better urban space. The study of urban form has gradually aroused people's attention. Using the method of historical geography to analyze the characteristics of urban form in historical period has become an important means to study urban form. Based on the temporal and spatial characteristics of the evolution of urban morphology, this paper mainly studies the urban morphology of Wuhan in modern times. According to the temporal and spatial characteristics of the evolution of urban morphology, the urban morphology of modern Wuhan is divided into four stages: the forming period (1840), the expanding period (1912), the declining period (1937), and the declining period (1937). The historical literature analysis method and the map element analysis method are used. This paper analyzes the evolution process of modern Wuhan city form from the political, economic, social reasons and the external outline, concession, market and street layout of the urban form in each period. This paper summarizes the evolvement characteristics of modern Wuhan city form. Based on the analysis of the evolution of Wuhan's urban morphology in modern times, this paper draws the following conclusions: Between 1840 and 1949, Wuhan's urban spatial form gradually expanded. The horizontal direction is the spread of urban area, from the river belt to the river belt, the city gradually expands to the inland area, the connection between the three towns is strengthened, and the vertical direction is the increase of the utilization rate of urban upper space and the increase of buildings. The city has grown in size. The development of modern concession area mainly refers to the development of concession area in 1861 and 1937, which experienced three stages: formation, expansion and planning. During this period, the inner space of the city changed from disorderly, narrow streets to distinct longitude and weft, good road accessibility, neat land division, clear functional layout, and the scope of external space was constantly expanding. It mainly tends to expand near water transportation and railway transportation with convenient transportation conditions. The expansion of concession shows the attraction of trade and transportation to it. From 1840 to 1949, Wuhan gradually changed from a feudal inland commercial center to a semi-feudal and semi-colonial open trade center, banks, companies, foreign businesses, chambers of commerce, and other commercial buildings. The development of commercial centers promoted the development of ports and docks. The construction of urban facilities, such as roads, laid the foundation for modern Wuhan to become an international metropolis. (4) the evolvement characteristics of modern Wuhan city streets: from the external form, the layout of the streets gradually expanded outwards, from the internal distribution, the layout of ports and docks and railway construction affected the layout of the streets. City streets are gradually connected with shipping and railway transportation, street construction has gradually appeared a grade division, the number of streets has increased, and road network accessibility has become better.
