【摘要】：正封士清,1922年12月出生于灌云縣岑池區(qū)孫莊。1938年10月,參加八路軍隴海支隊第三團(tuán)二營(駐灌南縣上馬臺),先后任一連二排代理排長、八路軍東進(jìn)第五縱隊三支隊副排長,1940年入黨。皖南事變后,任新四軍三師九旅二十六團(tuán)副排長、排長,蘇皖區(qū)濱海大隊排長、副指導(dǎo)員,華中獨(dú)立十旅二十九團(tuán)連指導(dǎo)員,華東野戰(zhàn)軍十二縱三十五旅二團(tuán)連指導(dǎo)員、營副教導(dǎo)員。在淮陰徐溜戰(zhàn)斗中負(fù)傷,后任淮安行政公署
[Abstract]:Zhengfeng Shiqing, born in December 1922 in Sunzhuang, Cengchi District, Guanyun County.
