【摘要】：紅十字會在近代中國建立的原因是由于日俄戰(zhàn)爭在東北地區(qū)爆發(fā)。最早的紅十字會叫做東北紅十字普濟(jì)善會，隨后，上海萬國紅十字會牛莊分會建立，作為東北地區(qū)第一個紅十字會。在牛莊分會建立之后，，遼陽、奉天、新民等地的紅十字會相繼建立。東北地區(qū)紅十字會在日俄戰(zhàn)爭中，所做出的貢獻(xiàn)是不可磨滅的。日俄戰(zhàn)爭過后，東北地區(qū)的紅十字會開始?xì)w全國紅十字會統(tǒng)一管理，對東北地區(qū)的慈善事業(yè)和社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生著積極的影響。 本文分三部分： 第一章著重介紹紅十字會在東北地區(qū)的建立。首先說明紅十字會在東北地區(qū)的建立的背景，然后介紹紅十字會在東北地區(qū)建立的經(jīng)過，最后對紅十字會在近代東北地區(qū)的發(fā)展作大致的敘述。 第二章著重介紹紅十字會在近代東北地區(qū)的活動。主要分為紅十字會的醫(yī)療救護(hù)活動和賑濟(jì)民眾活動兩部分。 第三章淺析紅十字會對東北地區(qū)產(chǎn)生的影響。從紅十字會對東北地區(qū)慈善事業(yè)發(fā)展的影響和對東北社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響，進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:The Red Cross was founded in modern China because of the outbreak of the Japanese-Russian War in Northeast China. The earliest Red Cross Society was called the Northeast Red Cross Pushan Society, and later, the Shanghai Wanguo Red Cross Niuzhuang Branch was established as the first Red Cross Society in Northeast China. After the establishment of Niuzhuang Branch, Liaoyang, Fengtian, Xinmin and other places of the Red Cross has been established. The Red Cross Society of Northeast China made an indelible contribution in the war between Japan and Russia. After the war between Japan and Russia, the Red Cross in Northeast China began to be managed by the National Red Cross, which had a positive impact on the charity and social development in Northeast China. This paper is divided into three parts: The first chapter focuses on the establishment of the Red Cross in Northeast China. This paper first explains the background of the establishment of Red Cross in the Northeast region, then introduces the establishment of the Red Cross in the Northeast region, and finally gives a general description of the development of the Red Cross Society in the Northeast region in modern times. The second chapter focuses on the Red Cross's activities in modern Northeast China. Mainly divided into Red Cross medical rescue activities and relief activities two parts. Chapter three analyzes the influence of Red Cross on Northeast China. This paper analyzes the influence of Red Cross on the development of charity in Northeast China and on the social development of Northeast China.
