【摘要】：黃愛、龐人銓活躍于1920年代初期湖南近代工人運(yùn)動史上,盡管極其年輕就被軍閥殺害,但他們的活動仍然在湖南工人運(yùn)動歷史上寫下了輝煌的一頁。在黃、龐的研究中,學(xué)術(shù)界更多注重于黃、龐的思想方面,而將黃、龐與湖南工人運(yùn)動領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)結(jié)合起來考察卻是學(xué)術(shù)界相對忽視的研究課題。深入考察黃、龐在工人運(yùn)動中的所做所為,可以進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn)他們與湖南工人運(yùn)動的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。 具體說來,黃、龐投身湖南工人運(yùn)動的過程,主要經(jīng)歷了對近代工人運(yùn)動的體會認(rèn)識、與湖南工人運(yùn)動結(jié)緣、成立湖南勞工會等三個階段。黃、龐對工人運(yùn)動的認(rèn)識發(fā)生變化,由無政府主義轉(zhuǎn)向馬克思主義,原因主要有黃、龐自身的革命熱情和其共產(chǎn)無政府主義思想、當(dāng)時長沙城內(nèi)馬克思主義與無政府主義的辯論、斗爭實踐深入開展的進(jìn)一步要求。黃、龐與共產(chǎn)黨合作的基礎(chǔ)是兩者之間的密切關(guān)系和毛澤東的積極爭取。共產(chǎn)黨對勞工會的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),體現(xiàn)在共產(chǎn)黨推動勞工會的改組、黃、龐加入社會主義青年團(tuán)、派遣代表參加遠(yuǎn)東民族會議以及與中共共同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)湖南反太平洋會議的示威游行。黃、龐領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與支持的紗廠公辦運(yùn)動、五一游藝會、工業(yè)罷工與扮演新劇在湖南工人中產(chǎn)生了重要影響。黃、龐被殺后,追悼活動此起彼伏,印證了黃、龐的功績,但同時無政府主義和國民黨右派出于各自利益,覬覦湖南工人運(yùn)動的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán),共產(chǎn)黨為此與他們展開了爭斗,促使湖南工人運(yùn)動的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移。
[Abstract]:Huang Ai, Pang Renquan active in the early 1920s Hunan modern workers' movement history, although extremely young was killed by warlords, but their activities still wrote a glorious page in the history of Hunan workers' movement. In the research of Huang and Pang, the academic circles pay more attention to the thought of Huang and Pang, but to combine Huang and Pang with the leadership of Hunan workers' movement is a relatively neglected research topic in academic circles. An in-depth study of Huang and Pang's work in the labor movement can further discover their internal relationship with the Hunan workers' movement. Specifically, the process of Huang and Pang's involvement in the Hunan workers' movement mainly experienced three stages: the understanding of the modern workers' movement, the association with the Hunan workers' movement and the establishment of the Hunan Labor Association. Huang Pang's understanding of the workers' movement changed from anarchism to Marxism mainly because of Huang Pang's revolutionary enthusiasm and his communist anarchism. At that time, the debate between Marxism and anarchism in Changsha, the further requirements of further development of struggle practice. The basis of cooperation between Huang Pang and the Communist Party is the close relationship between them and Mao Zedong's active struggle. The Communist Party's leadership over the Labor Association is reflected in the Communist Party's push for the reorganization of the Labor Association, the joining of Huang and Pang in the Socialist Youth League, the dispatch of representatives to the far East National Conference and the co-leadership with the Communist Party of China in the demonstration of the Hunan Anti-Pacific Conference. Huang, Pang's leadership and support for the official campaign of the cotton mill, the May Day Recreation Club, industrial strike and the role of the new drama have had an important influence among Hunan workers. After Huang and Pang were killed, mourning activities continued one after another, confirming Huang and Pang's merits, but at the same time anarchism and the Kuomintang Rightists coveted the leadership of the Hunan workers' movement out of their own interests. The Communist Party fought with them for this. To promote the transfer of the leadership of the Hunan workers' movement.
