【摘要】：隨著"天理"世界觀的超越性來源發(fā)生動搖,清末民初的中國社會面臨著政治秩序的深重危機。本文通過對民國初年李大釗思想中"民彝"觀念的考察,呈現(xiàn)其論證現(xiàn)代政治正當性的獨特方式與復雜面相。作為共和制度與憲政秩序的倡導者,李大釗確信,良善政治與理想社會,其根源來自個人"良知良能"匯聚而成的公共道德。因此,他借助"民彝"觀念,將政治秩序背后的現(xiàn)代價值訴求,與"內(nèi)在超越"這一傳統(tǒng)道德價值實踐方式相結(jié)合,嘗試以此論證其政治理想中"德性統(tǒng)治"的正當性。從"心力"對舊有政治制度的瓦解,到"民彝"對于憲政制度的形塑,清末民初知識分子的思想演變,折射出近代中國轉(zhuǎn)型過程中理想政治秩序的再造,并非只是符合程序正義的憲政重建,其背后新的道德精神,才是政治正當性的真實來源。
[Abstract]:With the transcendental origin of the world outlook, the Chinese society in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China was confronted with a serious crisis of political order. By examining the idea of "Minyi" in Li Dazhao's thought in the early period of the Republic of China, this paper presents a unique way and a complex aspect to demonstrate the legitimacy of modern politics. As the advocate of Republican system and constitutional order, Li Dazhao is convinced that the source of good politics and ideal society comes from the public morality formed by the individual's "good conscience". Therefore, with the help of the concept of "the people and Yi", he combines the demand of modern value behind the political order with the practical way of traditional moral value of "inner transcendence", in order to try to prove the legitimacy of "virtue rule" in his political ideal. From the disintegration of the old political system from the "mental power" to the shaping of the constitutional system by the "Minyi" and the ideological evolution of intellectuals in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, it reflects the reestablishment of the ideal political order in the process of the transformation of modern China. It is not only the constitutional reconstruction which accords with procedural justice, but also the new moral spirit behind it, which is the true source of political legitimacy.
