【摘要】：七七事變的發(fā)生,對(duì)中共領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人來(lái)說(shuō)既在意料之外又在預(yù)料之中。中共中央判定,事變是日本發(fā)動(dòng)全面侵華戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的開(kāi)始,同時(shí)也是中國(guó)全國(guó)性抗戰(zhàn)的開(kāi)始。據(jù)此,在到洛川會(huì)議召開(kāi)的兩個(gè)多月里,及時(shí)提出全面的全民族抗戰(zhàn)的路線方針,制定了動(dòng)員全國(guó)民眾的抗日救國(guó)十大綱領(lǐng),全力促成全民族抗日統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的正式建立,克服各種障礙完成紅軍改編,迅速開(kāi)赴抗日戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。中共中央對(duì)事變作出的迅速反映,及時(shí)推出的促成全面的全民族抗戰(zhàn)局面形成的因應(yīng)措施,充分體現(xiàn)了遵義會(huì)議后的中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體日益走向成熟,具有堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的政治領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和應(yīng)對(duì)突然事變、掌控復(fù)雜局面的能力。
[Abstract]:The July-7 incident was both unexpected and predictable for Chinese Communist leaders. The CPC Central Committee ruled that the incident was the beginning of Japan's all-out war of aggression against China and the beginning of China's national war of resistance. On this basis, in the more than two months since the Luochuan meeting, we have put forward in time a comprehensive line and policy on the whole nation's war of resistance against Japan, formulated ten programs to mobilize the people throughout the country to resist Japan and save the nation, and made every effort to promote the formal establishment of the whole nation's anti-Japanese United front. Overcome all kinds of obstacles to complete the reorganization of the Red Army, quickly set off to the anti-Japanese battlefield. The rapid response of the CPC Central Committee to the incident and the timely measures to facilitate the formation of a comprehensive national war of resistance fully reflect the growing maturity of the central leadership collective after the Zunyi Conference. Strong political leadership and ability to deal with sudden events and manage complex situations.
