保國與保民:抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期工薪階層薪酬之調(diào)整——以電報(bào)員工為考察中心

【摘要】:抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期,電報(bào)員工的薪酬不斷被調(diào)整。此中既有下調(diào),又有上調(diào),而以后者為主。大抵經(jīng)歷折扣發(fā)放、漸次提增、全面提增與急劇提增四個(gè)發(fā)展階段。并呈以下特征:一、薪酬調(diào)整的主旨由保國向保民轉(zhuǎn)變;二、薪酬上調(diào)的節(jié)奏與物價(jià)上漲的節(jié)奏基本一致;三、薪酬上調(diào)的順序是由低級員工逐步向高級員工推展;四、薪酬發(fā)放的模式由單一貨幣演進(jìn)為貨幣與實(shí)物并存。這一切以一個(gè)案領(lǐng)域透顯出國民命運(yùn)與國家命運(yùn)的休戚與共。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the salary of Telegraph workers was constantly adjusted. In this both down-regulation, but also up-regulation, and the latter is the main. It has experienced four stages of development: discount payment, gradual increase, overall increase and sharp increase. It has the following characteristics: first, the gist of salary adjustment is changed from Baoguo to Baomin; second, the rhythm of salary increase is basically consistent with the rhythm of price rise; third, the order of salary increase is gradually promoted by junior employees to senior employees; fourth, The model of salary payment evolved from a single currency to the coexistence of money and real.
