【摘要】：1919年南北議和是在國際和國內(nèi)和平氣氛高漲、人民渴盼統(tǒng)一的背景下及南方軍閥、總統(tǒng)徐世昌、北方政府各有所圖的形勢下促成的。由于參加議和的北方代表多系安福系成員,所以長期以來,破壞南北議和的帽子便完全扣在了安福國會的頭上。盡管安福國會的立場與議和的目標(biāo)是背道而馳的,但南北議和的破裂卻是南北雙方合力作用的結(jié)果,雙方毫無誠意的自我利益的堅守是將1919年南北和談推向決裂的主要原因。
[Abstract]:In 1919, the peace between the north and the south was promoted under the background of international and domestic peace, the people longed for reunification, the southern warlord, president Xu Shichang, and the northern government. Since many of the northern delegates to the peace were members of the Anfords, the hat that had long been used to undermine the North-South peace had been pinned entirely on the head of the Anfu Congress. Although Anfu's stance runs counter to the goal of peace, the breakdown of North-South peace is the result of a concerted effort on the part of the two sides, whose insincere self-interest is the main reason for pushing the 1919 North-South peace talks to a break.
