【摘要】：《全民周刊》是抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期全國(guó)各界救國(guó)聯(lián)合會(huì)的機(jī)關(guān)刊物。1937年12月,上海、南京相繼失陷,國(guó)民黨政府被迫遷都武漢,中華民族危機(jī)嚴(yán)重。為了拯救中華民族,推動(dòng)國(guó)民黨全面抗戰(zhàn),同年12月11日,沈鈞儒等愛國(guó)人士在漢口創(chuàng)辦該刊。1938年7月,該刊出了30期后與鄒韜奮創(chuàng)辦的《抗戰(zhàn)》三日刊合并,改名為《全民抗戰(zhàn)》�！度裰芸酚缮蜮x儒創(chuàng)辦,全民周刊社出版,生活書店總經(jīng)銷。社長(zhǎng)沈鈞儒,編輯有李公樸、柳n\、錢俊瑞、張志讓、張仲實(shí)、王昆侖、張申府等,發(fā)行人為李公樸。他們都是救國(guó)會(huì)的主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人。該刊以加強(qiáng)全民的統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線,將單純的政府和軍隊(duì)抗戰(zhàn)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿娴摹⑷褡蹇箲?zhàn),作為辦刊宗旨,宣傳中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線政策,堅(jiān)持團(tuán)結(jié)、民主和全面抗戰(zhàn)的鮮明立場(chǎng),反對(duì)國(guó)民黨政府的片面抗戰(zhàn)路線�！度裰芸凡粌H是抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在國(guó)統(tǒng)區(qū)的重要宣傳陣地,也是國(guó)統(tǒng)區(qū)各黨派共議抗戰(zhàn)的重要輿論陣地。在該刊上發(fā)表文章的不僅有潘梓年、董維鍵、錢俊瑞、胡繩、侯外廬等共產(chǎn)黨人,也有馮玉祥等國(guó)民黨人,還有沈鈞儒、章伯鈞、張申府等社會(huì)知名人士。他們?cè)诳谷站韧龅臅r(shí)代召喚下,堅(jiān)持抗戰(zhàn)到底,批判國(guó)民黨當(dāng)局的妥協(xié)投降政策,并為推進(jìn)中國(guó)的抗戰(zhàn)進(jìn)程,掀起了一場(chǎng)全民抗戰(zhàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。該刊開辟了社論、短評(píng)、詩歌、每周刊事解說、信箱、小問答、新書介紹、“半月刊物一勺”等欄目�！度裰芸穬�(nèi)容豐富,影響深遠(yuǎn),刊物以政治為主要內(nèi)容,不僅注重對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際戰(zhàn)局與時(shí)局的分析,還積極宣傳前線將士浴血奮戰(zhàn)的英雄事跡,號(hào)召中華民族加強(qiáng)團(tuán)結(jié),呼吁停止內(nèi)戰(zhàn)、一致對(duì)外。與此同時(shí),刊布反映社會(huì)各階層動(dòng)態(tài)及其對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)各方面工作的具體方案,積極動(dòng)員民眾參軍抗戰(zhàn)或支援前線,還關(guān)心底層民眾疾苦,報(bào)道他們的生存困境,揭露戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的殘酷�！度裰芸肥强谷諔�(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期進(jìn)步的綜合性政論刊物,也是救國(guó)會(huì)的重要刊物。它的出版發(fā)行對(duì)中國(guó)人民建立抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線產(chǎn)生了重要影響。它堅(jiān)定了中國(guó)同胞堅(jiān)持停止內(nèi)戰(zhàn)、一致對(duì)外、抗戰(zhàn)到底的決心,推動(dòng)了民主憲政運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,有力地批判了專制獨(dú)裁制度�，F(xiàn)在,《全民周刊》具有了重要的史料價(jià)值,它不僅是研究救國(guó)會(huì)的重要?dú)v史資料,也是研究抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期保衛(wèi)武漢的重要資料。
[Abstract]:In December 1937, Shanghai and Nanjing fell one after another, and the Kuomintang government was forced to move its capital, Wuhan, and the crisis of the Chinese nation was serious. In order to save the Chinese nation and promote the Kuomintang's all-out anti-Japanese war, on December 11 of the same year, Shen Junru and other patriots set up the magazine in Hankou. In July 1938, the magazine was merged with the "War of Resistance against Japan" three days, which was founded by Zou Taofen in July 1938. Changed its name to "the War of Resistance against the whole people". The Weekly of the whole people was founded by Shen Junru, published by the whole people's Weekly Press, and the general distribution of life bookstores. President Shen Junru, editors have Li Gongpu, Liu n\, Qian Junrui, Zhang Zhiren, Zhang Zhongshi, Qian Junrui, Zhang Shenhu, etc. They are the main leaders of the National Salvation Council. With a view to strengthening the United front of the whole people and transforming the simple anti-Japanese war between the government and the armed forces into a comprehensive, all-nation anti-Japanese war, as the purpose of running the publication, the magazine propagandizes the anti-Japanese national United front policy of the Communist Party of China and adheres to unity. "the National Weekly week" is not only an important propaganda position for the Communist Party of China in the Kuomintang controlled areas during the War of Resistance against Japan, but also an important position of public opinion for all parties in the Kuomintang controlled area to discuss the War of Resistance against Japan. There are not only Communist Party members such as Pan Zinian, Dong Weijian, Qian Junrui, Hu Sheng and Hu Sheng, but also Kuomintang people such as Hu Sheng, as well as social celebrities such as #china_person_person, Zhang Bojun, Zhang Shenfu and so on. Under the call of the times of resisting Japan and saving the nation, they persisted in the War of Resistance to the end, criticized the policy of compromise and surrender of the Kuomintang authorities, and set off a national movement of resistance against Japan in order to promote the progress of the War of Resistance against Japan in China. The magazine has opened up columns such as editorials, short reviews, poems, explanations, mailboxes, small questions and answers, new books, and a spoonful of bimonthly articles. The "National Weekly" is rich in content and far-reaching, and its main content is politics. It not only pays attention to the analysis of domestic and international war situation and current situation, but also actively propagandizes the heroic deeds of front-line officers and men fighting in blood, calls on the Chinese nation to strengthen unity, calls for an end to the civil war, and makes a concerted effort to go abroad. At the same time, the publications reflect the dynamics of all sectors of society and specific plans for their work in all aspects of the War of Resistance against Japan. They actively mobilize the people to join the armed forces in the War of Resistance or support the front lines. They also care about the sufferings of the people at the bottom and report on their plight in existence. The National Weekly is a comprehensive political publication of progress during the War of Resistance against Japan, as well as an important publication of the National Salvation Association. Its publication and distribution has had an important impact on the establishment of the anti-Japanese national United front by the Chinese people. It strengthened the determination of the Chinese compatriots to stop the civil war, unite with the outside world and fight against Japan to the end, promoted the development of the democratic constitutional movement, and forcefully criticized the autocratic dictatorship. Now, the National Weekly is of great historical value. It is not only an important historical material for studying the National Salvation Association, but also an important material for defending Wuhan during the War of Resistance against Japan.
