【摘要】：20世紀(jì)初,隨著中國社會的大變革,呼倫貝爾地區(qū)進(jìn)入到了空前變動的歷史時(shí)期。社會的大變遷,新知識分子的成長,以蒙古族為主體的少數(shù)民族民族意識、民主意識的強(qiáng)化均使得這一地區(qū)的民族問題日益凸顯。1928年8月發(fā)生了旨在推翻呼倫貝爾地方封建王公和奉系軍閥統(tǒng)治的呼倫貝爾青年黨事件。這一有組織、有計(jì)劃、以郭道甫為代表的有識青年領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的事件在當(dāng)?shù)匾鹆艘粫r(shí)的轟動,可以說它雖是中國紛亂大時(shí)局里的小事件卻是呼倫貝爾這一相對封閉小區(qū)域里的大事件。由于該事件發(fā)生在國內(nèi)時(shí)局混亂、國際關(guān)系復(fù)雜的呼倫貝爾地區(qū),其與蘇聯(lián)、日本等外國勢力有一定的關(guān)聯(lián),這是其歷史和時(shí)代局限性所在。本文從該事件匪禍說、叛亂說、暴動說、民族民主運(yùn)動說四個方面的評價(jià)入手,進(jìn)行論證,得出其非匪禍、非叛亂而是以暴動為手段的近代地區(qū)性的民族民主運(yùn)動的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century, with the great change of Chinese society, the Hulunbeir region entered the historical period of unprecedented change.The great changes in society, the growth of the new intellectuals, the national consciousness of the minority nationalities with the Mongolian nationality as the main body,The strengthening of democratic consciousness made the ethnic problems in this area increasingly prominent. In August 1928, the Hulunbeir Al-Shabaab incident aimed at overthrowing the feudal princes of Hulunbeir and the rule of the warlords of Hulunbeir took place.This organized, planned, well-informed youth leadership incident, represented by Guo Daofu, caused a sensation in the area for a while.It can be said that although it is a small event in the turbulent times in China, it is a big event in the relatively closed area of Hulunbeir.Because this incident occurred in the Hulunbeir region, where the domestic situation is chaotic and the international relations are complicated, it has certain connection with foreign forces such as the Soviet Union and Japan, which is the limitation of its history and times.This paper starts with the evaluation of the four aspects of bandit disaster, insurrection theory, insurrection theory and national democratic movement theory, and concludes that it is not bandit calamity, not insurrection but modern regional national democratic movement by means of insurrection.
