【摘要】： 20世紀(jì)三十年代是中國社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,軍閥紛爭嚴(yán)重,日軍入侵,民不聊生,大量民眾流離失所,難民問題嚴(yán)重。近代以來,上海憑借其雄厚的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力及租界獨(dú)特的影響力傲立于中國,對于難民具有強(qiáng)大的吸引力,聚集了大量的難民。 本文分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分主要概述戰(zhàn)爭難民形成的過程、逃難途徑等基本情況。第二部分是本文的重點(diǎn),主要研究大都市下戰(zhàn)爭難民的生存狀況。從兩種不同條件的難民入手,將他們的不同境遇展現(xiàn)出來,“強(qiáng)者更強(qiáng),弱者更弱”,條件好的難民可以憑借知識、財(cái)富、地位等在上海繼續(xù)發(fā)展,很多人比以前發(fā)展的好;條件差的難民缺乏基本的生存資源,衣、食、住都得不到正常保障,時(shí)刻受到疾病的摧殘。通過對難童這個(gè)特殊難民個(gè)案研究,進(jìn)一步論證難民生活的艱巨性,即使難童也難逃生活的折磨。第三部分主要在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,概述難民救助活動(dòng)的基本情況,包括救助思想的轉(zhuǎn)變、救助主體的多樣化及具體措施的實(shí)施。由于國家力量的缺失,單靠社會(huì)力量,救助難民工作缺乏雄厚的人力、物力、財(cái)力支持,存在較大的局限性。然而上海地區(qū)各界救助戰(zhàn)爭難民的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)有很大幫助,值得借鑒。
[Abstract]:The 1930s was a period of social transformation in China, with serious warlord disputes, Japanese invasion, destitute people, large numbers of displaced people and serious refugee problems.Since modern times, with its strong economic strength and unique influence of concession, Shanghai has a strong attraction to refugees and gathered a large number of refugees.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly summarizes the formation of war refugees, the basic conditions of escape.The second part is the focus of this paper, mainly studying the survival of war refugees under the metropolis.Starting from two different conditions of refugees, their different circumstances will be shown out, "stronger stronger, weaker", the refugees with good conditions can continue to develop in Shanghai by virtue of knowledge, wealth, status and so on, many people develop better than before;Poor refugees lack basic resources for survival, clothing, food and shelter, and are constantly ravaged by disease.Through the special refugee case study, this paper further demonstrates the hardship of refugee life, even the difficult child can not escape the torment of life.The third part mainly summarizes the basic situation of refugee relief activities on the basis of previous studies, including the transformation of relief ideas, the diversification of relief subjects and the implementation of specific measures.Because of the lack of national strength and social strength alone, the relief work of refugees lacks abundant human, material and financial support, which has great limitations.However, the experience of rescuing war refugees in Shanghai is of great help to the real society.
