【摘要】：民國初年,舊的統(tǒng)治秩序已被打破,新的秩序卻沒有能夠建立,社會失控,動蕩不安,由于各種不同的原因,很多人鋌而走險,聚眾為匪。河南匪患最為嚴(yán)重,居全國之首。土匪人數(shù)眾多、廣泛發(fā)生、匪股巨大、往往橫掃全省,1920年代成為河南土匪最為猖獗的時段。河南匪禍的這種特殊情況,不僅是國家大的歷史環(huán)境的反映,也與河南鄉(xiāng)村社會自身因素密切相關(guān)。 鄉(xiāng)村社會秩序是由外部強(qiáng)制力和鄉(xiāng)村社會內(nèi)部抑制力共同作用來維持,清末民初的河南鄉(xiāng)村社會,生態(tài)崩潰,控制弱化、混亂,匪亂正是在這種情況下發(fā)生的。面對土匪燒殺搶掠的破壞活動,鄉(xiāng)村社會修筑堡寨、組建武裝防御土匪；實(shí)行“鄉(xiāng)村自治”,堵塞匪源,遏制匪勢發(fā)展。土匪的活動特點(diǎn)影響制約了鄉(xiāng)村防御土匪的策略和措施；鄉(xiāng)村的防御活動也改變著土匪活動的條件和社會環(huán)境。匪亂對河南社會產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響,尤其與土匪活動直接聯(lián)系的廣大鄉(xiāng)村,在反復(fù)不斷的匪禍等因素的影響下,在文化觀念、社會結(jié)構(gòu)及經(jīng)濟(jì)事業(yè)等方面都發(fā)生了明顯的改變。
[Abstract]:In the early Republic of China, the old order has been broken, the new order has not been able to establish, social control, turbulent, due to various reasons, many people rush into danger, gathered for the bandit. Henan was the most serious, ranking first in the country. A large number of bandits, bandits widely occurring, huge, often across the province in 1920s, Henan became the most prevalent Time Bandits. This special case of banditry in Henan is not only reflect the history of the state, and also closely related to the Henan rural society itself.
The rural social order is affected by external force and internal force to maintain rural social inhibition, the late Qing Dynasty in Henan rural society, ecological collapse, control weakening, chaos, bandit is exactly what happened in this case. In the face of sabotage bandits burning and looting, the village society built forts, the formation of the armed defense bandits; implement "rural self-government" obstruct bandits sources and curb the development of bandits. The bandits characteristics restrict the rural strategies and measures of defending bandits; rural defense activities also changed the bandit activity conditions and social environment. The bandit had a serious impact on Henan society, especially in the vast rural areas directly linked and banditry, the effect of repeated trouble of other factors, the concept of culture, social structure and economic undertakings and other aspects have undergone significant changes.
