【摘要】：1931年11月,在江西的瑞金,中華蘇維埃共和國(guó)臨時(shí)政府宣告成立,在總結(jié)了大革命失敗后的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)后,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)向以武裝斗爭(zhēng)和土地革命為主,從城市轉(zhuǎn)到了國(guó)民黨統(tǒng)治較薄弱的農(nóng)村地區(qū),并推進(jìn)了蘇維埃政權(quán)在農(nóng)村割據(jù)區(qū)域的建立。直到1934年10月紅軍長(zhǎng)征前,蘇維埃臨時(shí)中央政府以建立堅(jiān)強(qiáng)而有力的各級(jí)蘇維埃政府為基本目標(biāo),以建設(shè)城鄉(xiāng)蘇維埃為基礎(chǔ),不斷地改造地方蘇維埃政府,大力地進(jìn)行革命的政權(quán)建設(shè)。為了便于指導(dǎo)各級(jí)蘇維埃政權(quán)的建設(shè),以及宣傳各級(jí)蘇維埃政權(quán)建設(shè)中好的措施和方式,中華蘇維埃共和國(guó)臨時(shí)政府在其機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)——《紅色中華》報(bào)上專(zhuān)門(mén)開(kāi)辟欄目“蘇維埃建設(shè)”,對(duì)各級(jí)蘇維埃政權(quán)建設(shè)的啟動(dòng)、發(fā)展和成效進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)而又具體的報(bào)道。 本文擬對(duì)1927年至1934年之間,從中央蘇區(qū)的蘇維埃政權(quán)建設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)入手,以《紅色中華》為主體資料進(jìn)行分析,研究當(dāng)時(shí)該報(bào)對(duì)于中央蘇區(qū)的蘇維埃政權(quán)建設(shè)運(yùn)動(dòng)的輿論報(bào)道,探討該報(bào)是如何科學(xué)地利用馬克思主義的世界觀、方法論及其全局的戰(zhàn)略眼光來(lái)把握政治宣傳的節(jié)奏與策略；并且是如何正確地來(lái)引導(dǎo)人民的輿論導(dǎo)向；是如何在國(guó)民黨反動(dòng)派鋪天蓋地的“圍剿”中,成為抗擊敵人的重要武器。
[Abstract]:In November 1931, in Ruijin, Jiangxi, the interim government of the Chinese Soviet Republic was established. After summing up the experience and lessons of the defeat of the Great Revolution, the CPC began to focus on armed struggle and the agrarian revolution.From the city to the weak Kuomintang rule in rural areas, and promoted the establishment of Soviet regime in rural areas.Until the long March of the Red Army in October 1934, the central government of the Soviet interim took the establishment of strong and powerful Soviet governments at all levels as its basic goal, and continuously reformed the local Soviet governments on the basis of the construction of urban and rural Soviets.Vigorously carry out revolutionary regime building.In order to guide the construction of the Soviet regime at all levels and to publicize the good measures and methods in the construction of the Soviet regime at all levels,The interim government of the Soviet Republic of China has set up a special column "Soviet construction" in its official newspaper, "Red China", and has carried out a detailed and concrete report on the initiation, development and effect of the construction of Soviet power at all levels.From 1927 to 1934, starting with the Soviet regime construction movement in the Central Soviet region, this paper analyzes the "Red China" as the main material, and studies the public opinion report of the Soviet regime construction movement in the Central Soviet region at that time.This paper discusses how the newspaper scientifically utilizes the Marxist world outlook, methodology and its overall strategic vision to grasp the rhythm and strategy of political propaganda, and how to guide the people's public opinion correctly.How to become an important weapon against the enemy in the overwhelming "encirclement and suppression" of the Kuomintang reactionaries.
