【摘要】： 以周恩來(lái)為首的中共南方局是抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期和解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)初期黨中央派駐在國(guó)民黨統(tǒng)治中心——重慶的秘密代表機(jī)關(guān)。它領(lǐng)導(dǎo)著整個(gè)中國(guó)南方國(guó)民黨統(tǒng)治區(qū)和淪陷區(qū)黨的工作。其中以軍事聯(lián)絡(luò)、軍事談判、軍事宣傳、軍事情報(bào)、軍事統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)和軍事斗爭(zhēng)為主要內(nèi)容的軍事工作同黨建工作、統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作、文化工作、群眾工作一樣,是南方局所有工作的重要部分。 由于政治環(huán)境的險(xiǎn)惡和軍事工作的特殊性,這一時(shí)期南方局軍事工作與抗日根據(jù)地相比呈現(xiàn)出突出的特點(diǎn)。學(xué)術(shù)界至今還沒(méi)有一篇學(xué)位論文對(duì)這一課題進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)地研究。因此,對(duì)這段歷史的研究具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)意義。 民主革命時(shí)期,軍事工作是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨所有工作中最根本的工作,是其他各項(xiàng)工作得以開(kāi)展的重要前提和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾�？谷諔�(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,中共南方局的主要任務(wù)是與國(guó)民黨打交道,建立和發(fā)展抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線(xiàn),但掌握革命武裝,開(kāi)展軍事斗爭(zhēng),仍然是它的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。梳理抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期南方局的軍事工作,對(duì)我黨軍事歷史研究具有重要意義。 南方局軍事工作不僅有力地配合了全國(guó)的抗戰(zhàn),還有效地配合了盟軍在亞洲的作戰(zhàn),為世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的勝利作出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。并且為解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期武裝斗爭(zhēng)和革命統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線(xiàn)的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)為新中國(guó)的建設(shè)儲(chǔ)備了大量軍事人才。研究這段歷史還具有重大的歷史意義。 南方局在當(dāng)時(shí)險(xiǎn)惡的政治環(huán)境下所建立的包括軍事工作在內(nèi)的歷史功績(jī),所積累的包括軍事斗爭(zhēng)在內(nèi)的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn),是我們黨和民族的寶貴財(cái)富,特別是軍事斗爭(zhēng)史上的寶貴財(cái)富。南方局所創(chuàng)造的偉大功績(jī)、歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)、革命精神,仍然是鼓舞我們發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的不竭動(dòng)力。因此,研究這一課題仍具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料與回憶性資料相結(jié)合的二重證據(jù)法、資料研究與理論分析結(jié)合法、歷史歸納法和橫向比較法,在全面梳理資料的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)這段歷史進(jìn)行深層次的理論觀(guān)照,試圖使南方局軍事工作的研究結(jié)構(gòu)更為完整,內(nèi)容更加深入。 本文緒論簡(jiǎn)要介紹選題緣由、研究現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題、研究重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)及研究方法與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。正文第一章介紹南方局軍事工作的基本概況；第二章初步分析南方局軍事工作的策略；第三章探討軍事工作在南方局其他工作以及抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期中共和國(guó)民政府軍事工作中的特點(diǎn)；第四章論述南方局軍事工作的貢獻(xiàn)和歷史意義。結(jié)語(yǔ)通過(guò)對(duì)南方局軍事工作軌跡：斗爭(zhēng)策略→豐富內(nèi)容→突出特點(diǎn)→歷史意義的內(nèi)在梳理,審視南方局軍事工作是什么、為什么、怎么樣的深層問(wèn)題。同時(shí)點(diǎn)明下階段的研究方向：進(jìn)一步探討南方局軍事工作與抗日根據(jù)地軍事工作相比的特點(diǎn)及其與北方局、中原局、東南局軍事工作的關(guān)系等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Led by Zhou Enlai, the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China was the secret representative organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Chongqing, the center of Kuomintang rule during the War of Resistance against Japan and the early days of the War of Liberation.It leads the work of the Communist Party in the Kuomintang and occupied areas of southern China.Among them, military work with military liaison, military negotiation, military propaganda, military intelligence, military United front work and military struggle is the same as Party building, United front work, cultural work and mass work.It is an important part of all the work of the Southern Bureau.Due to the sinister political environment and the particularity of military work, the South Bureau's military work in this period showed outstanding characteristics compared with the anti-Japanese base area.Up to now, there is no academic dissertation on this subject.Therefore, the study of this section of history has important academic significance.During the period of democratic revolution, military work is the most fundamental work in all the work of the Communist Party of China, and it is also the important premise and strong backing for the other work to be carried out.During the War of Resistance against Japan, the main task of the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China was to deal with the Kuomintang, to establish and develop the anti-Japanese national United front, but to master the revolutionary armed forces and carry out military struggle was still an important task.Combing the military work of the Southern Bureau during the War of Resistance against Japan is of great significance to the study of our Party's military history.The South Bureau's military work not only coordinated the national war of resistance, but also effectively coordinated the Allied combat in Asia, and made a great contribution to the victory of the world's anti-fascist war.It also laid a solid foundation for the armed struggle and the development of the revolutionary United front during the War of Liberation, and at the same time reserved a large number of military personnel for the construction of New China.It is also of great historical significance to study this section of history.The historical achievements, including military work, and the rich experience accumulated by the Southern Bureau in the sinister political environment of that time, including military struggles, are the precious wealth of our party and nation.Especially the precious wealth in the history of military struggle.The great achievements, historical experience and revolutionary spirit created by the South Bureau are still the inexhaustible motive force to inspire us to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore, the study of this subject still has certain practical significance.In this paper, the dual evidence method combined with the literature and recall data, the combination of data research and theoretical analysis, the historical induction and the horizontal comparison method are used in this paper. On the basis of comprehensive combing of the data, the author makes a deep theoretical review of this period of history.This paper tries to make the research structure of the South Bureau's military work more complete and the content more thorough.The introduction of this paper briefly introduces the reason, research status and problems, research emphasis and difficulties, research methods and innovation.The first chapter introduces the basic situation of the Southern Bureau's military work, the second chapter analyzes the strategy of the Southern Bureau's military work, the third chapter discusses the characteristics of the military work of the Southern Bureau and the Chinese Communist Party and the National Government during the War of Resistance against Japan.The fourth chapter discusses the contribution and historical significance of the South Bureau's military work.By combing the track of the Southern Bureau's military work: the rich content of the struggle strategy and the inherent characteristics of historical significance, the conclusion examines what the Southern Bureau's military work is, why and what kind of deep problems it has.At the same time, it points out the research direction in the next stage: further discussing the characteristics of the military work of the Southern Bureau compared with the military work in the anti-Japanese base area and its relationship with the military work of the Northern Bureau, the Central Plains Bureau and the Southeast Bureau, and so on.
