【摘要】：19世紀(jì)中期以后,國(guó)內(nèi)外形式發(fā)生了巨大的變化。尤其是兩次鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的失敗,給清政府朝野及不少有識(shí)之士以極大的震動(dòng)。李鴻章從日本改轍學(xué)西、明治維新強(qiáng)國(guó)之路的感悟中,以及在與洋人的頻繁接觸中都逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到當(dāng)時(shí)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技的嚴(yán)重落后。因此,他開(kāi)始了憑他的聰明才智,并克服種種困難和阻力而進(jìn)行的“倡導(dǎo)洋務(wù),自強(qiáng)求富”的運(yùn)動(dòng)。 李鴻章一生創(chuàng)辦了一大批的軍工、民用企業(yè),以及在發(fā)展教育、交通、通訊等領(lǐng)域都做了不少開(kāi)創(chuàng)性的工作。但是,這其中最令李鴻章引以為自豪的,也是他一生最重要的是創(chuàng)辦了北洋海軍,這也是李鴻章興辦洋務(wù)的主要目的。 李鴻章倡導(dǎo)的洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)促進(jìn)了中國(guó)民族資本主義的發(fā)展,具有開(kāi)中國(guó)近代化先河之功,是值得肯定的。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of the 19 th century, great changes have taken place at home and abroad.In particular, the failure of the two Opium Wars shook the Qing government and many people of insight.Li Hongzhang gradually realized that China's economy and science and technology were seriously backward from Japan's change to the west, the Meiji Restoration as a powerful country, and the frequent contact with foreigners.As a result, he began the campaign of "advocating Westernization and making himself rich" with his ingenuity, and overcome all kinds of difficulties and obstacles.Li Hongzhang founded a large number of military, civil enterprises, and in the development of education, transportation, communications and other fields have done a lot of pioneering work.However, Li Hongzhang was most proud of this, and the most important thing in his life was the establishment of the Beiyang Navy, which was the main purpose of Li Hongzhang in setting up Westernization.The Westernization Movement advocated by Li Hongzhang promoted the development of Chinese national capitalism.
