【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立后,國(guó)家積極推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的發(fā)展。兒童保育作為婦女福利工作之一,為婦女解放和國(guó)家建設(shè)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。北京市是中央、華北、市三級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)所在地,是國(guó)家的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化中心。北京市兒童保育工作的發(fā)展體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家兒童保育事業(yè)的進(jìn)程,為全國(guó)各地的兒童保育工作起到了示范性作用。新中國(guó)成立后,在政府工作的指導(dǎo)下,北京市政府接管了解放區(qū)保育機(jī)構(gòu),同時(shí)將北京市解放前原有保育機(jī)構(gòu)加以整頓。通過利用原有保育資源,吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了開辦多種形式的保育機(jī)構(gòu),在多部門的配合下培養(yǎng)了大批保育工作者,并著重提高其政治、業(yè)務(wù)水平,保障兒童身心全面健康發(fā)展。在北京市政府及保育工作者們的共同努力下,北京市整體保育工作水平得到了提高,切實(shí)解決了大批女性在撫養(yǎng)孩子與參加工作之間難以協(xié)調(diào)的困難,改善了生活條件,增加了投身建設(shè)祖國(guó)的機(jī)會(huì)�？傊�,建國(guó)初期北京市兒童保育工作對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的發(fā)展以及下一代接班人的培養(yǎng)有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, the state actively promoted the development of socialist construction.As one of women's welfare work, child care has made important contribution to women's liberation and state-building.Beijing is the central government, North China, the city's three-level organs, is the country's political, economic and cultural center.The development of child care in Beijing reflects the progress of national child care and plays an exemplary role in the work of child care all over the country.After the founding of the people's Republic of China, under the guidance of the government, the Beijing Municipal Government took over the conservancy institutions in the liberated areas and rectified the existing ones before the liberation of Beijing.By using the original conservation resources and drawing lessons from experience, he has led the establishment of various forms of childcare institutions, trained a large number of conservationists with the cooperation of various departments, and has focused on improving their political and professional standards.To ensure the overall and healthy development of children's bodies and minds.With the joint efforts of the Beijing Municipal Government and childcare workers, the overall level of care work in Beijing has been improved, effectively resolving the difficulties faced by a large number of women in reconciling raising their children and participating in work, and improving their living conditions.Increased opportunities for commitment to building the motherland.In short, the child care work in Beijing was of great significance to the development of China's socialist construction and the cultivation of the next generation of successors in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.
