【摘要】：在近代中日關系史上,日本朝野提出的"中日親善"(日本語為"日支親善"),單純從字面上解釋可為中日友好、中日友善之意。但在日本侵華背景下提出的"中日親善",就顯得極其偽善,本質(zhì)上亦多為偽善華麗辭藻包裹包下的"軟征服"內(nèi)容。九一八后,隨著日本侵占東北暫時得逞,為了緩和、分化中國國內(nèi)的反日運動,爭取中國當權者中的對日妥協(xié)勢力,同時消減國際輿論的不利因素,日本方面遂主動向中國拋出了"中日親善"誘餌。在當時的背景下,使用帶有"親善"外衣包裹的這一政治概念,是以要求中國政府承認日本現(xiàn)有侵略權益并以平息全國反日運動為前提條件,具有明確的政治含義和價值屬性的。通過中國朝野的反應可以看到,中國當時盡管存在著抗日與媚日兩種思潮,但抗日已成共識并形成主流。在中日關系問題上,國人期待建立在國家平等、相互尊重、互利互惠基礎上的"中日親善",堅決反對侵略、奴役,把中國變?yōu)楦接箛乃^"中日親善"。相關討論對于梳理近現(xiàn)代中日關系史之思想流變具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the history of Sino-Japanese relations in modern times, the Japanese government and opposition put forward "Sino-Japanese Goodwill" (Japanese as "Japanese-supported Goodwill"), which can be interpreted literally as Sino-Japanese friendship and Sino-Japanese friendliness.However, under the background of Japanese invasion of China, "Sino-Japanese Goodwill" appears to be extremely hypocritical, and in essence, it is mostly "soft conquest" under the package of hypocrisy and ornate rhetoric.After September 18, with the temporary success of Japan's occupation of the Northeast, in order to ease up, divide the anti-Japanese movement in China, strive for compromise forces among the Chinese authorities against Japan, and at the same time reduce the unfavorable factors of international public opinion,The Japanese side took the initiative to throw a "Sino-Japanese goodwill" bait to China.In the context of that time, the use of the political concept wrapped in the cloak of "goodwill" was based on asking the Chinese Government to recognize Japan's existing aggressive rights and interests and to quell the national anti-Japanese movement.Having a clear political meaning and value attribute.It can be seen from the reaction of the Chinese government and the opposition that although there were two trends of thought of resisting Japan and fawning Japan at that time, the anti-Japanese resistance had become a consensus and formed the mainstream.On the issue of Sino-Japanese relations, the Chinese people look forward to the "Sino-Japanese Goodwill" based on national equality, mutual respect, and mutual benefit, resolutely oppose aggression, enslave, and turn China into the so-called "Sino-Japanese goodwill."The relevant discussion is of great significance for sorting out the ideological evolution of the history of Sino-Japanese relations in modern times.
