【摘要】： 偽滿(mǎn)協(xié)和會(huì)是近代日本侵略中國(guó)東北時(shí)期由日本侵略者勾結(jié)漢奸在偽滿(mǎn)洲國(guó)發(fā)起成立的政治組織,它伴隨著偽滿(mǎn)殖民政權(quán)而興而亡,中國(guó)人痛恨地稱(chēng)之為“蝎虎會(huì)”、“協(xié)和壞”,它給中國(guó)東北社會(huì)及民眾帶來(lái)深重的災(zāi)難,罪行極其惡劣。偽滿(mǎn)協(xié)和會(huì)的前身為“滿(mǎn)洲協(xié)和黨”,日本關(guān)東軍將其改組為“滿(mǎn)洲國(guó)協(xié)和會(huì)”,在于使其避免出現(xiàn)干預(yù)行政或者奪取政權(quán)之類(lèi)的行動(dòng)。協(xié)和會(huì)在發(fā)展初期,主要是起到了政治思想宣傳教化作用,以此確立日本對(duì)中國(guó)東北的殖民統(tǒng)治。協(xié)和會(huì)發(fā)展到中期,作為偽滿(mǎn)洲國(guó)唯一的官方政治組織,與偽滿(mǎn)政府互為表里,除繼續(xù)發(fā)揮政治思想統(tǒng)治作用之外,在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)人力資源準(zhǔn)備方面也發(fā)揮了無(wú)可替代的作用。協(xié)和會(huì)發(fā)展到后期,其殖民統(tǒng)治作用可謂達(dá)到了無(wú)以復(fù)加的地步。伴隨日本帝國(guó)主義戰(zhàn)敗投降,偽滿(mǎn)洲國(guó)注定垮臺(tái),偽滿(mǎn)協(xié)和會(huì)也必然走向解體的歷史命運(yùn)�？v觀偽滿(mǎn)協(xié)和會(huì)的歷史真相,可見(jiàn)偽滿(mǎn)協(xié)和會(huì)是日本帝國(guó)主義侵略中國(guó)東北的歷史產(chǎn)物,是日本關(guān)東軍一手把持操縱下的反動(dòng)團(tuán)體。偽滿(mǎn)協(xié)和會(huì)14年的罪惡發(fā)展史,就像一面鏡子。我們一定要汲取歷史的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),致力于中日關(guān)系的不斷改善,為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)中日睦鄰友好關(guān)系的發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的努力。
[Abstract]:The puppet Manchuria Concorde was a political organization initiated by the Japanese invaders colluding with the traitors in the puppet Manchukuo during the Japanese invasion of northeast China in modern times. It was accompanied by the rise and fall of the puppet Manchu colonial regime. The Chinese hate to call it the "Scorpion Tiger Club" and the "Concorde Bad", which has brought a deep disaster to the society and the people of Northeast China. The crimes were abominable. The puppet Manchuria Concorde, formerly known as the Manchuria Concorde, was reorganized into the Manchukuo Concorde by the Japanese Guandongdong Army in order to prevent it from interfering in the administration or seizing power. The Concorde was in the early stages of its development. Mainly played the role of propaganda and enlightenment of political ideology, so as to establish Japan's colonial rule over northeast China. The Concorde developed to the middle of the period. As the only official political organization in the country of pseudo-Manchukuo, it interacted with the puppet Manchuria government. Apart from continuing to exert its political and ideological dominance, it has also played an irreplaceable role in the preparation of human resources for war. With the defeat and surrender of Japanese imperialism, the puppet Manchukuo was doomed to fall, and the puppet Manchuria Concorde was bound to disintegrate. Throughout the historical truth of the puppet Manchuria Concorde, It can be seen that the puppet Manchuria Concorde is the historical product of the Japanese imperialist invasion of northeast China and a reactionary group under the sole control of the Japanese Guandong Army. The puppet Manchuria Concorde has developed for 14 years in its criminal history. Like a mirror, we must learn from historical experiences and lessons, devote ourselves to the continuous improvement of Sino-Japanese relations, and make due efforts to further promote the development of good-neighborly and friendly relations between China and Japan.
