【摘要】：軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)是蔣介石創(chuàng)辦的訓(xùn)練軍官的組織,其模式是隨著蔣介石舉辦軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)而發(fā)展成熟起來(lái),且自始至終滲透著蔣介石的治軍思想。本文從蔣介石舉辦的軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)出發(fā),探討軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)模式的特點(diǎn),并對(duì)這種軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)模式進(jìn)行深入剖析。 緒論部分主要介紹了當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)蔣介石及其軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)界的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的歸納和總結(jié),說(shuō)明文章的內(nèi)容和研究方法,同時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)的史料進(jìn)行介紹。 正文部分共分為四章： 第一章首先介紹了蔣介石主持的軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)的概況,主要包括廬山訓(xùn)練團(tuán)、峨眉訓(xùn)練團(tuán)、廬山暑期訓(xùn)練團(tuán)、中央訓(xùn)練團(tuán)。 第二章具體討論蔣介石軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)模式,介紹了軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、教員、學(xué)員、訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容。 第三章著重探討了蔣介石對(duì)軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)的掌控,主要表現(xiàn)在主持各種活動(dòng),任命重要官職及其灌輸蔣氏重要思想。 第四章是筆者對(duì)蔣介石軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)模式的剖析,重點(diǎn)闡述的是蔣介石軍官訓(xùn)練團(tuán)的來(lái)源及其影響和評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The officer training regiment is an organization established by Jiang Jieshi to train officers. Its model is to develop and mature with the organization of an officer training regiment by Jiang Jieshi. Jiang Jieshi's thought of managing the army has permeated from beginning to end. This paper discusses the characteristics of the model of officer training regiment from the perspective of the officer training regiment organized by Jiang Jieshi, and makes a deep analysis of this kind of military officer training regiment model. The introduction part mainly introduces the current research situation of Jiang Jieshi and his officers training Corps, summarizes the related research results, explains the content and research methods of the article. At the same time, the related historical materials are introduced. The text is divided into four chapters:. The first chapter introduces the general situation of the officer training regiment chaired by Jiang Jieshi, including the Lushan training Group, the Emei training Group, the Lushan Summer training Group and the Central training Group. The second chapter discusses the model of Jiang Jieshi officer training regiment, and introduces the organizational structure, teacher, cadet and training content of officer training regiment. The third chapter focuses on Jiang Jieshi's control of officer training regiment, mainly in hosting various activities, appointing important official posts and inculcating Chiang's important thoughts. In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the pattern of Jiang Jieshi's officer training regiment, focusing on the origin, influence and evaluation of Jiang Jieshi military training regiment.
