【摘要】： 鴉片戰(zhàn)爭后,隨著與西方接觸的增多,中國以華夏為中心的藩屬外交逐漸開始改變。此時(shí)一部分先進(jìn)的知識分子開始思索與西方打交道的新的外交方式,王之春即是其中一員。王之春雖然不是專職外交官,但他一生留心洋務(wù)及外交,參與了多次對外交涉活動(dòng)。中法戰(zhàn)爭后,他參加了中法雙方勘議中越界址工作。甲午戰(zhàn)爭期間,他赴俄國吊唁俄皇亞力山大三世逝世和慶賀尼古拉二世登位。之后為免臺(tái)灣被割于日本,他受命赴巴黎游說法國干涉。在處理對外交涉中,他據(jù)理力爭,在一定程度上維護(hù)了國家的主權(quán)與領(lǐng)土完整。王之春的外交主張,如設(shè)公使于各國、聯(lián)與國、主張?jiān)谩叭f國公法”等,體現(xiàn)了鮮明的時(shí)代特色。
[Abstract]:After the Opium War, with the increase of contacts with the West, China's vassal diplomacy with China as the center began to change gradually. At this time, some advanced intellectuals began to think about the new diplomatic way of dealing with the West. Wang Zhichun was one of them. Although Wang Zhichun was not a full-time diplomat, he paid attention to foreign affairs and diplomacy throughout his life and participated in many foreign negotiation activities. After the Sino-French War, he participated in the Sino-French negotiations on the Sino-Vietnamese border. During the Sino-Japanese War, He went to Russia to mourn the death of Alexander III, the Russian emperor, and to celebrate Nicholas II's ascent. Later, in order to avoid Taiwan being cut off from Japan, he was ordered to go to Paris to lobby France for intervention. In handling foreign negotiations, he argued his case. To a certain extent, Wang Zhichun's diplomatic proposals, such as the establishment of ministers in various countries, the United States and the countries, advocate the use of "public law of all nations", which embodies the distinctive characteristics of the times.
