【摘要】：近年來(lái),內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的土地開墾問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多的受到史學(xué)界的關(guān)注,有關(guān)墾務(wù)方面的著述成果也不少。清代達(dá)爾罕王旗地域遼闊,在哲里木盟十旗中占土地面積最廣。本文以宣統(tǒng)元年(1909)到民國(guó)二十年(1931年)為時(shí)間段,以清代哲里木盟達(dá)爾罕王旗(科爾沁左翼中旗)土地放墾為研究對(duì)象,利用清代東部蒙古地區(qū)墾務(wù)檔案史料,并參考其他相關(guān)資料,對(duì)清末至民國(guó)二十年間的達(dá)爾罕王旗大規(guī)模土地開墾的社會(huì)背景、歷次開墾過(guò)程以及達(dá)爾罕王旗土地放墾的社會(huì)背景、經(jīng)過(guò)及開墾所產(chǎn)生的一些社會(huì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of land reclamation in Inner Mongolia has been paid more and more attention by the historians.In Qing Dynasty, Dahan Wang Banner had a vast territory and occupied the most extensive land area among the ten banners of the Chellimu League.Taking the period from 1909 of the first year of Xuantong to 1931 (1931) as the time period, and taking the land reclamation of Dahanwang Banner (Keerqin Left-flanked Banner) in the Qing Dynasty as the research object, the paper makes use of the historical data of the reclamation archives in the eastern part of the Qing Dynasty in Mongolia.With reference to other relevant data, the social background of large-scale land reclamation in Dahhan Wang Banner from the end of Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, the previous reclamation process and the social background of land reclamation in Dahhan Wang Banner were analyzed.Some social problems arising from reclamation are analyzed and discussed.
