【摘要】：近代天津的西醫(yī)最早出現(xiàn)在晚清時(shí)期。隨著西醫(yī)教育的興起,一些官立醫(yī)學(xué)堂的建立為天津培養(yǎng)出近代最早的本土西醫(yī)。民國(guó)期間天津的醫(yī)學(xué)教育發(fā)展迅速,各類醫(yī)學(xué)校相繼建立,醫(yī)學(xué)畢業(yè)生數(shù)量快速增長(zhǎng),天津特殊的城市地位也吸引許多外地醫(yī)生來津行醫(yī),這一時(shí)期天津西醫(yī)群體逐漸形成。作為當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)上的自由職業(yè)者群體之一,他們擁有先進(jìn)的專業(yè)知識(shí),社會(huì)聲望較高,是社會(huì)中產(chǎn)階層的一份子。天津西醫(yī)群體雖在數(shù)量和規(guī)模上與中醫(yī)相比仍有較大差距,但作為新興職業(yè)群體,其短時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)迅猛,用其先進(jìn)的醫(yī)療知識(shí)和技術(shù)逐漸改變了民眾對(duì)西醫(yī)的觀念。其成員內(nèi)部構(gòu)成復(fù)雜,仍以本土西醫(yī)為主,包括部分留學(xué)歸國(guó)西醫(yī)、外國(guó)西醫(yī)和少數(shù)女西醫(yī)。但由于特殊的歷史和社會(huì)原因,西醫(yī)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出良莠混雜的局面,因此政府開始加強(qiáng)對(duì)西醫(yī)的管理,頒布多項(xiàng)法令對(duì)西醫(yī)的行醫(yī)資格和職業(yè)道德做出規(guī)范。作為自由職業(yè)群體,西醫(yī)群體的執(zhí)業(yè)方式多樣,多數(shù)在公私立醫(yī)院、個(gè)人診所行醫(yī),部分兼職校醫(yī)、企業(yè)醫(yī)生等。為維護(hù)行業(yè)自身利益,擴(kuò)大西醫(yī)的社會(huì)影響,西醫(yī)群體成立多個(gè)專業(yè)團(tuán)體,推動(dòng)西醫(yī)的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。由于西醫(yī)職業(yè)的特殊性,他們利用自身的專業(yè)知識(shí)和醫(yī)療技術(shù),積極參與社會(huì)事務(wù),推動(dòng)近代醫(yī)療、公共衛(wèi)生等領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,給近代天津社會(huì)帶來了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:Western medicine in modern Tianjin first appeared in the late Qing Dynasty. With the rise of Western medicine education, the establishment of some government medical schools cultivated the earliest modern local western medicine for Tianjin. During the Republic of China, medical education in Tianjin developed rapidly. Various medical schools have been established one after another, and the number of medical graduates has increased rapidly. Tianjin's special urban status has also attracted many foreign doctors to practice medicine in Tianjin. As one of the freelance groups in the society at that time, they had advanced professional knowledge and high social prestige. Although there is still a big gap between the number and scale of Tianjin Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, as a new professional group, it develops rapidly in a short period of time. With its advanced medical knowledge and technology, it has gradually changed the public's concept of Western medicine. Its internal composition is complex, and it is still dominated by local Western medicine, including some of them who study abroad and return to Western medicine. Western medicine in foreign countries and a few women in western medicine. However, due to special historical and social reasons, the development of Western medicine has shown a mixed situation, so the government has begun to strengthen the management of Western medicine. A number of decrees were issued to regulate the qualifications and professional ethics of Western medicine. As a freelance group, Western medicine practitioners have various ways of practicing medicine. Most of them practise medicine in public and private hospitals, individual clinics, and some part-time school doctors. In order to safeguard the industry's own interests and expand the social impact of Western medicine, the Western medicine community has set up a number of professional organizations to promote the professional development of Western medicine. Because of the particularity of the Western medicine profession, Using their own professional knowledge and medical technology, they actively participated in social affairs, promoted the development of modern medical, public health and other fields, and brought profound influence to the modern society of Tianjin.
