【摘要】：孫中山的法律思想及實踐十分豐富,對近代中國政治和法制建設(shè)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。民事法和刑事法作為他部門法思想的具體體現(xiàn),較為完整的體現(xiàn)了孫中山的法律思想所包含的內(nèi)容、涉及的范圍以及實際的應(yīng)用等方面,從對他部門法思想的探析中,我們知曉了為什么法律思想被認(rèn)為是他革命思想中最精彩的部分。
[Abstract]:Sun Zhongshan's legal thought and practice are very rich and have a profound influence on the construction of modern Chinese politics and legal system. The civil law and criminal law are the concrete embodiment of his department law thought. It fully reflects the content, scope and practical application of Sun Zhongshan's legal thought. We know why legal thought is regarded as the best part of his revolutionary thought.
