【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,重慶成為中國(guó)戰(zhàn)時(shí)的政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,國(guó)防工業(yè)與民用事業(yè)的電力需求也隨之增加。西南地區(qū)水力資源豐富,因此積極建設(shè)水力發(fā)電工程成為緩解能源危機(jī)的出路之一。其中,資源委員會(huì)主持創(chuàng)辦的龍溪河水電工程為國(guó)防工業(yè)提供了廉價(jià)動(dòng)力;民營(yíng)富源水力發(fā)電公司也為北碚遷建之區(qū)照明與其它民用事業(yè)提供電力。此外,我們也不應(yīng)忽略自然環(huán)境、沿河民眾與這些水電工程的互動(dòng)。西南地區(qū)河流季節(jié)性的漲落影響了電力的穩(wěn)定供應(yīng),而修筑蓄水壩又對(duì)沿河民眾耕地、水磨等產(chǎn)生不利影響,以致于洪災(zāi)發(fā)生,地方民眾歸咎于水電工程,稱(chēng)其為新造之災(zāi)。近代中國(guó)水電事業(yè)在起步階段受到技術(shù)、資金和社會(huì)等條件的限制。然而,不可否認(rèn),這些工程都在抗戰(zhàn)的艱苦環(huán)境下為最后勝利提供了寶貴的動(dòng)力資源。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, Chongqing became the political and economic center of China's wartime, and the demand for electricity for national defense industry and civilian undertakings also increased. Therefore, the active construction of hydropower projects has become one of the ways to alleviate the energy crisis. Among them, the Longxi River Hydropower Project, which was founded by the Resources Committee, has provided cheap power for the national defense industry. Private Fuyuan hydropower companies also provide electricity for lighting and other civilian undertakings in Beibei's relocated area. In addition, we should not ignore the natural environment. The interaction between the people along the river and these hydropower projects. The seasonal fluctuations of rivers in the southwest have affected the stable supply of electricity, and the construction of water storage dams has had a negative impact on the cultivated land and water grinding along the rivers, resulting in floods. Local people blame hydropower projects as a newly created disaster. In the early stages of modern China's hydropower industry was limited by technical, financial and social conditions. However, there is no denying that, All these projects provided valuable power resources for the final victory in the arduous circumstances of the War of Resistance against Japan.
