【摘要】：劉瑞恒主持中央衛(wèi)生行政期間,西醫(yī)界內(nèi)部"德日派"與"英美派"的矛盾步步激化。中央與地方衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)的組織與調(diào)整,使"英美派"在衛(wèi)生行政中占絕對優(yōu)勢;他依賴美國進(jìn)行的衛(wèi)生資源整合與醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革,使"德日派"與"英美派"矛盾公開化,進(jìn)而引發(fā)口舌爭鋒;他整頓軍醫(yī),打擊日派勢力,將兩派關(guān)系推演至白熱化。派系內(nèi)斗不僅影響了劉瑞恒個(gè)人職業(yè)生涯,而且導(dǎo)致衛(wèi)生行政處處遭遇阻梗,社會(huì)上醫(yī)患糾紛陡增,學(xué)術(shù)交流之風(fēng)消散,嚴(yán)重影響了西醫(yī)在中國的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:While Liu Ruiheng presided over the central health administration, the contradiction between "German and Japanese school" and "Anglo-American school" in western medicine was intensified step by step. The organization and adjustment of central and local health institutions made the "Anglo-American school" take the absolute advantage in health administration. He relied on the integration of health resources and the reform of medical education in the United States, which made the contradiction between the "German-Japanese" and the "Anglo-American" public, thus sparking a war of words; he rectified the military doctors and attacked the Japanese-style forces. The factional infighting not only affected Liu Ruiheng's personal career, but also led to the obstruction of health administration everywhere, the sharp increase in doctor-patient disputes in society, and the dissipation of the wind of academic exchanges. Seriously affected the development of Western medicine in China.
