【摘要】：中央蘇區(qū)是土地革命時期中國共產(chǎn)黨建立的最大的一塊革命根據(jù)地。青年是參與蘇區(qū)社會變革的重要力量。本文以“中央蘇區(qū)”為時空,以“青年運動”為切入點,以政黨運動青年為中心線索,論述了中央蘇區(qū)青年運動興起的背景,中央蘇區(qū)共青團組織的建立與發(fā)展和中央蘇區(qū)青年運動的實踐以及擴大紅軍運動的個案分析。關(guān)于中央蘇區(qū)青年運動興起的背景主要從國共分裂后的政局與地方社會、革命前贛閩邊區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟、新思想的傳播與新舊文化的激蕩、近代青年群體的崛起四個方面進行了論述。關(guān)于中央蘇區(qū)共青團組織的建立與發(fā)展,主要從共青團理論的傳播、蘇區(qū)共青團的淵源與組織定位、蘇區(qū)共青團成員與組織結(jié)構(gòu)、蘇區(qū)共青團的主要工作四個方面進行了論述,并指出了共青團組織是中共爭奪青年資源的工具。關(guān)于中央蘇區(qū)青年運動的實踐主要從中共成立早期的青年動員政策和青年運動的動員方式兩方面進行論述。關(guān)于擴大紅軍運動的個案分析主要分析其存在三大系統(tǒng)即組織決策系統(tǒng)、實施操作系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)督控制系統(tǒng)。最后得出結(jié)論,中央蘇區(qū)青年運動是政黨運動青年的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The Central Soviet area is the largest revolutionary base area established by the Communist Party of China during the Agrarian Revolution. The youth is an important force to participate in the social transformation in the Soviet areas. This paper takes the Central Soviet area as the space-time and the "youth movement" as the breakthrough point. Taking the youth of the political party movement as the central clue, this paper discusses the background of the rise of the youth movement in the Central Soviet area. The establishment and development of the Communist Youth League in the Central Soviet area, the practice of the youth movement in the Central Soviet area and the case study of the expansion of the Red Army Movement. The background for the rise of the youth movement in the Central Soviet area is mainly based on the political situation and local society after the split between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. The social economy, the spread of new ideas and the agitation of old and new cultures, the rise of modern youth groups, and the establishment and development of the Communist Youth League in the Central Soviet region were discussed before the revolution, mainly from the spread of the theory of the Communist Youth League. The origin and organization orientation of the Communist Youth League in the Soviet area, the members and organizational structure of the Communist Youth League in the Soviet area, and the main work of the Communist Youth League in the Soviet area are discussed. The paper also points out that the Communist Youth League is a tool for the Communist Party of China to compete for youth resources. The practice of youth movement in Central Soviet area is mainly discussed from two aspects: the youth mobilization policy and the mobilization mode of youth movement in the early period of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In the case study of the expansion of the Red Army movement, it was mainly analyzed that there were three major systems, namely, the organizational decision-making system. Finally, it is concluded that the youth movement in the Central Soviet area is the result of the youth movement of the political party.
