【摘要】： 抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,中共中央和陜甘寧邊區(qū)政府在實(shí)行抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線政策的同時(shí),也實(shí)行了對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外一切抗日力量和進(jìn)步人士的開(kāi)放政策,以期讓延安面向全國(guó)和世界,讓全國(guó)和世界了解延安和邊區(qū)。由此吸引了大批中外人士來(lái)到延安和陜甘寧邊區(qū)訪問(wèn)、考察,他們?cè)谘影埠瓦厖^(qū)的親歷、親見(jiàn)、親聞的體會(huì)和觀感,擊破了國(guó)民黨頑固派和日本侵略者對(duì)抗日民主根據(jù)地的污蔑的不實(shí)之詞,向國(guó)內(nèi)外傳播了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的方針、政策,以及邊區(qū)軍民的抗戰(zhàn)業(yè)績(jī)和政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化建設(shè)的成就,有的寫成報(bào)道、書(shū)籍、文章,形成了頗有見(jiàn)地的“延安觀”,他們認(rèn)為：中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨將是中國(guó)命運(yùn)的主宰；陜甘寧邊區(qū)政府是未來(lái)取代國(guó)民政府的唯一政府；共產(chǎn)黨訓(xùn)練精良、自食其力的軍隊(duì)受到人民的支持；陜甘寧邊區(qū)是自由、平等、民主的家園；中共領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人青春、有活力,充滿智慧,等等。他們的這些“延安觀”,贏得了許多中外友好人士和同盟國(guó)政府的贊同和支持,進(jìn)而掀起了大規(guī)模的國(guó)際援華運(yùn)動(dòng),加速了中國(guó)人民解放事業(yè)的勝利進(jìn)程,為新中國(guó)在世界上大國(guó)地位的確立奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region government, while carrying out the anti-Japanese national United front policy, also implemented the policy of opening up to all anti-Japanese forces and progressives at home and abroad, with a view to making Yan'an open to the whole country and the world. Let the whole country and the world understand Yan'an and the Border region. As a result, it attracted a large number of Chinese and foreign people to visit the Yan'an and Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border areas, and to investigate their experience, experience and perception in Yan'an and the Border region. It has broken down the slander of the Kuomintang die-hards and the Japanese aggressors towards the anti-Japanese democratic base areas, and disseminated to the world the principles and policies of the Communist Party of China, as well as the achievements of the army and the people in the Border region in the war of resistance and the achievements in political, economic and cultural construction. Some of them have written reports, books and articles, forming a "Yan'an concept" which is quite insightful. They believe that the Communist Party of China will be the master of China's destiny; the government of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region will be the only government that will replace the national government in the future; and the Communist Party will be well trained. The self-supporting army is supported by the people; the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region is the home of freedom, equality and democracy; and the leaders of the Communist Party of China are young, energetic and full of wisdom. And so on. These "Yan'an views" have won the approval and support of many friendly personages at home and abroad and the governments of the allied countries, thus setting off a large-scale international aid-China movement and accelerating the victory process of the Chinese people's liberation cause. It laid a foundation for the establishment of new China's position as a great country in the world.
