【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后，中國共產(chǎn)黨為動(dòng)員全國一切抗日力量，抵御日寇，號(hào)召建立最廣泛的抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線，這其中必然包括占人口半數(shù)的廣大婦女群眾。晉察冀邊區(qū)婦女抗日救國會(huì)便是在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，建立的不分階級(jí)、不分民族、不分黨派、不分年齡的婦女群眾組織。它的成立不僅標(biāo)志著晉察冀邊區(qū)的婦女抗日救亡運(yùn)動(dòng)從此有了統(tǒng)一的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)，同時(shí)對(duì)全國范圍內(nèi)婦女界抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的形成與發(fā)展也起了極大的推動(dòng)作用。它既是中國共產(chǎn)黨成立以來婦女政策變化與發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物，更是時(shí)代要求下黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)婦女群眾走向勝利、走向解放的必經(jīng)之路。 晉察冀邊區(qū)婦女救國會(huì)成立以后，便擔(dān)負(fù)起組織、團(tuán)結(jié)邊區(qū)各界婦女群眾，積極參加抗戰(zhàn)與根據(jù)地建設(shè)的歷史使命。健全的組織機(jī)構(gòu)與完善的工作制度為邊區(qū)婦救會(huì)工作的順利開展提供了前提保障。為發(fā)動(dòng)?jì)D女群眾走出家庭、參加抗戰(zhàn)，邊區(qū)各級(jí)婦救干部切實(shí)深入婦女群眾中，用各種方法大力宣傳參戰(zhàn)抗戰(zhàn)與婦女解放的道理，打破了封建傳統(tǒng)觀念對(duì)婦女的思想禁錮；通過深入開展關(guān)乎婦女切身利益問題的工作，把婦女從封建婚姻和各種疾病中解放出來。同時(shí)，邊區(qū)各級(jí)婦救會(huì)對(duì)婦女開展文化教育，提高婦女文化素養(yǎng)；組織婦女參加生產(chǎn)與建設(shè)，鼓勵(lì)婦女參政議政，在增加其家庭收入的同時(shí)，更提高了婦女在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)中的地位，使婦女充分享受到當(dāng)家做主人的權(quán)利。在邊區(qū)各級(jí)婦救會(huì)的帶領(lǐng)下，婦女們扮演起從未體驗(yàn)過的角色。她們雖不能像男子一樣在前線奮勇殺敵，卻以同樣英勇的姿態(tài)出現(xiàn)在后方各項(xiàng)抗戰(zhàn)工作中，為抗日戰(zhàn)爭的勝利及根據(jù)地的建設(shè)作出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。 晉察冀邊區(qū)婦救會(huì)工作的順利開展離不開扎實(shí)肯干、吃苦耐勞的婦女干部，離不開廣泛開展、蓬勃高漲的群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)，更離不開根據(jù)地的發(fā)展建設(shè)與中國共產(chǎn)黨的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。邊區(qū)婦救會(huì)既是抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的有機(jī)組成部分，同時(shí)也是中國共產(chǎn)黨與邊區(qū)廣大婦女群眾相互溝通的重要橋梁。在它的帶領(lǐng)下，廣大婦女群眾為抗戰(zhàn)做出貢獻(xiàn)的同時(shí)，自身也獲得了一定程度的解放，這充分說明女性個(gè)人的解放與國家民族的解放是相互促進(jìn)的。這個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于今天婦女地位的改善有著重要的啟示：在婦女問題多元化、復(fù)雜化、隱性化的今天，作為當(dāng)代婦女團(tuán)體在發(fā)揮橋梁作用的同時(shí)，要更善于發(fā)現(xiàn)社會(huì)中的婦女問題，增強(qiáng)婦女問題意識(shí)，消除婦女惰性思想，全面提高婦女素質(zhì)；而作為一名當(dāng)代女性，在全面發(fā)展個(gè)人素質(zhì)之余，，要積極投身于中華民族崛起復(fù)興的偉大事業(yè)中，為國家的建設(shè)增磚添瓦。這樣，個(gè)人的自由才有更進(jìn)一步的實(shí)現(xiàn)，社會(huì)地位才能獲得進(jìn)一步的提升。

The Women's Salvation Association in the Border region is an integral part of the anti-Japanese national United front.
