【摘要】：本課題運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、金融學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論與方法,以南京國民政府時(shí)期財(cái)政部為主導(dǎo)的金融監(jiān)管為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)國民政府時(shí)期的金融監(jiān)管的分期進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,重點(diǎn)論述了以財(cái)政部主導(dǎo)時(shí)期的金融監(jiān)管的內(nèi)容與特征。文章首先簡要介紹了金融以及金融監(jiān)管的概念,對(duì)中國近代金融業(yè)發(fā)展中最具有代表性的銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展與變遷過程作了回顧,揭示了金融業(yè)必須進(jìn)行監(jiān)管的原因與特點(diǎn)。再則,對(duì)不同時(shí)期世界發(fā)達(dá)國家的金融監(jiān)管的機(jī)構(gòu)與政策與本國的金融監(jiān)管進(jìn)行了橫向比較。最后,對(duì)以財(cái)政部為主體的金融監(jiān)管成效做了總體評(píng)價(jià)。。
[Abstract]:Using the theories and methods of history, finance and other related disciplines, this paper takes the finance department of Nanjing National Government as the main research object, and introduces in detail the stages of financial supervision in the period of the National Government. This paper focuses on the content and characteristics of financial supervision during the leading period of the Ministry of Finance. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the concept of finance and financial supervision. This paper reviews the development and vicissitude process of the banking industry, which is the most representative in the development of China's modern financial industry, and reveals the reasons and characteristics of the supervision of the financial industry. This paper makes a horizontal comparison between the institutions and policies of financial supervision in developed countries in the world in different periods and the financial supervision in our country. Finally, it makes a general evaluation on the effectiveness of financial supervision with the Ministry of Finance as the main body.
