【摘要】： 七七事變后,八路軍129師正確執(zhí)行中共中央指示,在河北南部創(chuàng)建了冀南抗日根據(jù)地。冀南抗日根據(jù)地經(jīng)歷了從小到大,從弱到強(qiáng)的發(fā)展過(guò)程。在建立抗日根據(jù)地的過(guò)程中,八路軍對(duì)冀南的土匪、會(huì)門(mén)及國(guó)民黨舊軍官領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的游雜武裝進(jìn)行了改編,實(shí)行爭(zhēng)取和武裝解決的雙重政策,同時(shí)靈活運(yùn)用這些政策,在不同的地區(qū),在抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的不同時(shí)期,或與游雜武裝聯(lián)合,或與之進(jìn)行堅(jiān)決的斗爭(zhēng),很快結(jié)束了冀南“司令如毛,土匪遍地”的現(xiàn)象,穩(wěn)定了冀南的局勢(shì)。通過(guò)改編游雜武裝,八路軍在冀南的軍事力量得到了很快的增長(zhǎng),為之后中共與國(guó)民黨頑固派、日軍及偽軍斗爭(zhēng)的勝利贏得了砝碼。本文介紹了八路軍在冀南改編游雜武裝的過(guò)程,并且對(duì)八路軍改編游雜武裝的方針、政策、措施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。全文由前言、正文、結(jié)語(yǔ)三部分組成。其中,正文部分又分為三部分: 第一部分介紹了冀南游雜武裝產(chǎn)生的背景、原因與七七事變后冀南游雜武裝的概況。這是文章的鋪墊部分。 第二部分介紹了七七事變后八路軍創(chuàng)建冀南抗日根據(jù)地的大致過(guò)程,分析了改編游雜武裝的必要性,細(xì)致地闡述了八路軍對(duì)會(huì)門(mén)武裝、土匪武裝與舊軍官所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的武裝改編經(jīng)過(guò)和分別采取的不同政策。這是文章的重點(diǎn)部分,通過(guò)史論結(jié)合的方式,探析八路軍對(duì)游雜武裝的改編和政策。 第三部分分析了八路軍改編游雜武裝的得與失,總結(jié)了八路軍改編這些武裝的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),為今天我黨的執(zhí)政提供了前車(chē)之鑒。
[Abstract]:After the July 7th incident, the 129th Division of the eighth Route Army correctly carried out the instructions of the CPC Central Committee and established the South Hebei Anti-Japanese Base area in the south of Hebei. The Anti-Japanese Base area in Southern Hebei experienced a process of development from small to large, from weak to strong. In the process of establishing the anti-Japanese base area, The eighth Route Army has adapted the bandits, Huimen and you miscellaneous armed forces under the leadership of the old Kuomintang officers in southern Hebei to implement a dual policy of striving for and armed settlement, and at the same time flexibly applying these policies in different areas and in different periods of the War of Resistance against Japan. Either in association with or in resolute struggle with the You-Miscellaneous Armed Forces, the phenomenon of "Commander Mao and bandits everywhere" in southern Hebei was quickly put to an end, and the situation in southern Hebei was stabilized. The eighth Route Army's military strength in southern Hebei has grown rapidly, winning weight for the later victory of the Chinese Communist Party in its struggle with the Kuomintang die-hards, the Japanese army and the puppet army. This paper introduces the process of the eighth Route Army's transformation of mixed forces in southern Hebei. And the eighth Route Army to adapt the policy, policy, measures for a detailed analysis. This is the key part of the article, through the combination of historical theory, the eighth Route Army's adaptation and policy of the You-miscellaneous armed forces are analyzed. The third part analyzes the gains and losses of the eighth Route Army's adaptation of the mixed armed forces, summarizes the experience and lessons of the eighth Route Army's adaptation of these armed forces, and provides a lesson for our party's ruling today.
