【摘要】：對民主政治的訴求是近代以來中國走向現(xiàn)代化的必然選擇。新民主主義革命時期,民主黨派的存在與發(fā)展不僅壯大了民主力量,而且有利地推動了革命形勢的向前發(fā)展。當(dāng)前,在建設(shè)有中國特色的社會主義民主政治中,回顧民主黨派有關(guān)民主政治的思想及其活動,仍有著重要的歷史啟迪與積極的借鑒作用。張申府作為“著名愛國民主人士、我黨的老朋友”,其政治思想具有典型的代表性,是研究中間路線民主政治思想不可缺少的一部分。 抗戰(zhàn)時期是張申府政治生涯的巔峰時期,也是其政治思想得以全面形成的歷史時期。論文選取抗戰(zhàn)這一時段,分四個部分對張申府的政治思想及政治活動進(jìn)行闡述與分析。第一章從整體上梳理了抗戰(zhàn)前張申府的民主政治思想發(fā)展脈絡(luò)�？箲�(zhàn)前張申府的民主政治思想主要經(jīng)歷了三個發(fā)展階段:萌芽階段;初步形成階段;發(fā)展階段。第二章主要依據(jù)張申府在抗戰(zhàn)時期所發(fā)表的系列文章,對其民主政治思想進(jìn)行全面地梳理與解讀。主要包括聯(lián)合抗戰(zhàn)、主權(quán)在民、民主憲政的政治思想。第三章從實踐層面理清了張申府抗戰(zhàn)時期所從事的一系列民主活動�？箲�(zhàn)時期,張申府廣泛地參與了愛國民主活動。他高舉團(tuán)結(jié)抗戰(zhàn)旗幟,致力維護(hù)國共合作;竭力為戰(zhàn)時文化教育建設(shè)獻(xiàn)計獻(xiàn)策,奔走呼號;力爭政治民主,發(fā)起與組織民主憲政運動。這是本學(xué)位論文力求創(chuàng)新的部分。第四章分析了抗戰(zhàn)時期張申府的政治思想及活動的時代意義與歷史局限性。論文立足于近代以來中國民主政治發(fā)展的歷史背景,認(rèn)為張申府有關(guān)民主政治的思想既有積極的時代意義及現(xiàn)實啟示,也存在著歷史的局限性。 本學(xué)位論文嘗試對抗戰(zhàn)時期張申府的民主政治思想與實踐活動進(jìn)行考察,以期對張申府的政治生涯有一個較為全面且客觀的評價。
[Abstract]:The demand of democratic politics is the inevitable choice of modern Chinese to modernization. The period of the new democratic revolution, the existence and development of democratic parties not only expanded the democratic forces, and push forward the development of revolutionary situation. At present, in the construction of socialist democratic politics with China characteristics, review the democratic parties democratic political thought and, still have important historical enlightenment and positive reference. As his "famous patriotic democratic personage, the old friend of our party," the political thought is representative, is a part of the middle route of democratic political thought indispensable.
During the Anti Japanese War period is the peak period of Zhang Shenfu's political career, but also its political thought to be fully formed in historical period. This paper selects the Anti Japanese War period, political thought and activities on the part of the four Zhang Shenfu described and analyzed. The first chapter mainly sorts out the development of the anti war democratic political thought of Zhang Shenfu. Before the Anti Japanese War Zhang Shenfu's political thought has experienced three stages: the embryonic stage; initial stage; stage of development. The second chapter is mainly based on Zhang Shenfu series published in the period of Anti Japanese War, to conduct a comprehensive combing and interpretation of the democratic political thought. Mainly including the United war, the sovereignty of the people, the political thought of democratic constitutionalism from the perspective of practice. The third chapter clarifies Zhang Shenfu during the Anti Japanese war in a series of democratic activities.
