【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨在新中國執(zhí)政的65年里,盡管存在一些失誤和曲折,但總體上抓住和利用了歷史機(jī)遇,一直在引領(lǐng)中國朝著中華民族偉大復(fù)興的目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。以毛澤東為核心的中共第一代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體在新中國成立初期,抓住蘇聯(lián)答應(yīng)全面援助中國以重工業(yè)為重點(diǎn)的"一五"計(jì)劃建設(shè)的歷史機(jī)遇,改變了原先重點(diǎn)發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)、輕工業(yè),相應(yīng)實(shí)行較長時間新民主主義的設(shè)想,決定提前向社會主義過渡,并提出以"一化三改"為內(nèi)容的過渡時期總路線,此后經(jīng)過全國人民自力更生、艱苦奮斗,使中國用不到30年時間建立起了獨(dú)立的、比較完整的工業(yè)體系和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系;在20世紀(jì)70年代初,又抓住美國為集中力量與蘇聯(lián)爭霸而對我示好的歷史機(jī)遇,打開了中美關(guān)系正�；拇箝T,為新時期實(shí)行對外開放政策鋪平了道路。70年代后期,國內(nèi)外形勢發(fā)生進(jìn)一步變化,以鄧小平為核心的中共第二代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體抓住這一歷史機(jī)遇,開辟了以改革開放為鮮明特征的中國特色社會主義道路,用30多年時間使中國在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)總量排序中由第十位上升到第二位,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從溫飽不足到總體小康再向全面小康邁進(jìn)的歷史性跨越,使中華民族以更大的步伐趕上了時代前進(jìn)的潮流。中共十八大后,以習(xí)近平為總書記的中共中央對中國面臨的歷史機(jī)遇進(jìn)行了新的分析和判斷,在改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定、內(nèi)政外交國防等各個方面做出了一系列新部署,全力維護(hù)和延長中國發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略期,翻開了中國特色社會主義和中華民族復(fù)興大業(yè)的新篇章。
[Abstract]:In the 65 years since the Communist Party of China came to power in New China, although there have been some mistakes and twists and turns, the CPC has generally grasped and utilized the historical opportunity. Has been leading China to the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The first generation of the CPC Central leadership, with Mao Zedong as the core, was established in the early stages of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Seizing the historical opportunity of the Soviet Union's undertaking to fully assist China in the construction of the "first Five-Year Plan", which focuses on heavy industry, has changed the original vision of focusing on developing agriculture and light industry and implementing new democracy for a longer period accordingly. It was decided to make the transition to socialism ahead of time, and the general line for the transition period, with the content of "one transformation, three reforms" as its content, was proposed. After that, after the people of the whole country relied on themselves and worked hard, China established its independence in less than 30 years. At the beginning of 1970s, the United States seized the historic opportunity of the United States to concentrate its efforts on striving for hegemony with the Soviet Union, opening the door for the normalization of Sino-US relations. It paved the way for the implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world in the new era. In the late 1970s, the situation at home and abroad changed further. The second generation of the CPC Central leadership, with Deng Xiaoping as the core, seized this historic opportunity. The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, marked by reform and opening up, has been opened up. In more than 30 years, China has risen from 10th to the second place in the ranking of the world's total economic output. It has realized the historic leap from lack of adequate food and clothing to overall comfortable life, and then to an overall well-off society, which has enabled the Chinese nation to catch up with the trend of the times with greater steps. After the 18 CPC National Congress, The CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has made a new analysis and judgment on the historical opportunities facing China, and has made a series of new arrangements in all aspects of reform, development, stability, internal and foreign defense, etc. Maintaining and prolonging the important strategic period of China's development has opened a new chapter in socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great cause of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
