【摘要】： 鹿傳霖參與了晚清的教育、實(shí)業(yè)、對外交涉等方面的活動(dòng),是中國近代史上一位重要的洋務(wù)派人士。 本文嘗試對鹿傳霖一生的主要活動(dòng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)考察。在內(nèi)憂外患的歷史背景下,鹿傳霖積極作為,力圖振興。在任四川總督時(shí),他選賢任能、引進(jìn)先進(jìn)設(shè)備和技術(shù),創(chuàng)辦了一些關(guān)系國計(jì)民生的實(shí)業(yè)。此間,他還興辦了一些教育事業(yè),尤為突出的是創(chuàng)辦四川大學(xué)的前身四川中西學(xué)堂。在“新政”期間,他關(guān)注并參與了學(xué)制改革,對近代教育改革的進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生了積極影響。在任戶部尚書時(shí),他力主改革國家?guī)胖?尤其在議定銀元、銅元問題和創(chuàng)辦銀行上,其影響力很大。在對外交涉事件中,他始終保持著維權(quán)保利的立場和態(tài)度。在近代化過程中,鹿傳霖順應(yīng)時(shí)勢的積極作為應(yīng)予以充分肯定,但受時(shí)代和階級所限,其忠君衛(wèi)道的封建保守思想亦十分典型。
[Abstract]:Lu Chuanlin was an important Westernist in the modern history of China because he participated in the education, industry, foreign negotiation and other activities in the late Qing Dynasty. This paper attempts to make a systematic investigation of the main activities of Lu Chuanlin's life. Under the historical background of internal and external troubles, Lu Chuanlin actively acted as an effort to revitalize. When he was the governor of Sichuan, he selected the best people to serve as the energy, and introduced advanced equipment and technology. He also set up some educational undertakings here, especially the Sichuan Eastern and Western School, the predecessor of Sichuan University. During the "New deal" period, he paid close attention to and participated in the reform of the school system. It had a positive impact on the process of modern education reform. When he was in charge of the Ministry of Household Affairs, he advocated the reform of the country's currency system, especially in the settlement of the silver yuan, the copper yuan issue and the establishment of banks. In the process of modernization, Lu Chuan-lin 's positive action in conformity with the times should be fully affirmed, but his feudal conservative thought of loyal monarchs and Wei Dao is also very typical due to the limitation of the times and classes.
