【摘要】：清季民初以來社會日趨動蕩,位于河南省西南部的宛西地區(qū)因地理位置偏僻、交通閉塞而成為土匪兵痞等傳統(tǒng)社會邊緣人物的棲身之地,猖獗的匪患徹底打破了鄉(xiāng)紳、民眾和官府三位一體的宛西傳統(tǒng)社會體系。以彭禹廷、別廷芳為首的自治精英團(tuán)體利用時局相率崛起,先是在一系列的剿匪保民活動中贏得宛西民眾、鄉(xiāng)紳和官府的支持,后又在國共對峙的形勢下排斥政黨政治、發(fā)展出頗具代表性的“三自主義”地方自治和鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)理論。雖然這一理論和鄉(xiāng)村改造計劃最終歸于流產(chǎn),但其作為民國時期鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)理論的重要派別,對于當(dāng)下社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)仍有借鑒意義,其自治實(shí)踐活動也成為當(dāng)今基層民主建設(shè)的重要參考對象。本文嘗試在已有史料的基礎(chǔ)上,充分借鑒已有的研究成果,適當(dāng)做出一些突破和創(chuàng)新,拋棄依據(jù)時間軸進(jìn)行敘述的傳統(tǒng)套路,把研究重點(diǎn)放在人物和事件身上,尤其關(guān)注對宛西權(quán)勢轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)生重大影響的關(guān)鍵性事件。文章共分為五個部分。緒論部分闡述文章的研究旨趣、學(xué)界目前的研究現(xiàn)狀以及自己的研究構(gòu)想;第一章《宛西鄉(xiāng)土》主要探討自治運(yùn)動前夕宛西社會內(nèi)部階層的主要構(gòu)成及其流動變化;第二章《自治之路》詳細(xì)論述彭禹廷與別廷芳等人在自治運(yùn)動中奪取地方權(quán)力的具體經(jīng)過,并對比其奪權(quán)方法和途徑的異同;第三章《三自主義》主要圍繞自治活動的理論來源和實(shí)施過程進(jìn)行探討,研究自治派鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)理念的具體含義;第四章《曇花一現(xiàn)》將研究視野集中于彭禹廷和別廷芳二人,探究彭禹廷、別廷芳的個人因素對于宛西自治的影響,間或涉及到南召與新野兩縣的自治活動,反思宛西自治的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)以及對于當(dāng)下的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the society has become increasingly turbulent. Because of its remote geographical location and traffic congestion, the Wanxi region in the southwest of Henan Province has become a refuge for traditional social fringe figures, such as bandits, soldiers, ruffians, and so on. Rampant banditry has completely broken down the squire. The traditional social system of Wanxi, where the public and the government are trinity. The self-governing elite groups, led by Peng Yuting and Bei Tingfang, took advantage of the current situation to rise up. First, they won the support of the Wanxi people, the squire and the government in a series of activities to suppress bandits and protect the people. Later, under the situation of confrontation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, party politics was excluded, and a representative "three-self" theory of local autonomy and rural construction was developed. Although this theory and the rural reconstruction plan were eventually aborted, However, as an important school of the theory of rural construction in the period of the Republic of China, it still has reference significance for the construction of the new socialist countryside. The practice of autonomy has also become an important reference for the construction of democracy at the grass-roots level. This paper attempts to make some breakthroughs and innovations on the basis of the existing historical data and fully draw lessons from the existing research results. Instead of the traditional way of chronological narration, the focus of research is on people and events. The article is divided into five parts. The introduction part describes the research purport of the article, the current research situation of academic circles and their own research ideas; The first chapter, "the native land of Wanxi", mainly discusses the main composition and the flow change of the inner stratum of Wanxi society on the eve of the autonomous movement. The second chapter, "the Road to Autonomy", discusses in detail the specific process of Pang Yuting and Beitingfang's seizing local power in the autonomous movement, and compares the similarities and differences between the ways and means of seizing power. The third chapter, "Three-Selfism", mainly focuses on the theoretical source and implementation process of autonomous activities, and studies the concrete meaning of the concept of rural construction of the autonomous group. Chapter 4th, "A flash in the pan", focuses on Peng Yuting and Bei Tingfang. This paper explores the influence of Peng Yuting's personal factors on the autonomy of Wanxi, and occasionally involves the autonomous activities of Nanzhao and Xinye counties, reflecting on the experience and lessons of Wanxi's autonomy and the significance of reference for the present.
