【摘要】：近代以來,伴隨著中國現(xiàn)代化潮流,都市現(xiàn)代化得到了一定地發(fā)展,但中國鄉(xiāng)村卻遭遇到持續(xù)地動蕩與沖擊。鄉(xiāng)村社會的復興與繁榮成為相當一部分有識之士關注與實踐的對象,二十世紀二三十年代的農(nóng)村復興運動悄然而興。作為“學者型官員”的馮紫崗,既是一名研究合作經(jīng)濟的學者,同時亦是南京國民政府的農(nóng)業(yè)官員,他以自身特有的方式積極地參與此次運動。文章第一部分運用實證分析方法旨在探究馮紫崗的職業(yè)生涯。留法歸國的馮紫崗,輾轉(zhuǎn)于上海勞動大學、浙江大學、中央大學、安徽大學和國民黨中央政治學校等,參與構(gòu)建了以農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟、農(nóng)村合作問題為共同學術旨趣的合作界知識人網(wǎng)絡。在這一以學統(tǒng)為中心的網(wǎng)絡基礎上,為了加強學術交流和擴大學人交際人脈,馮紫崗還積極組建或加入各種教育社團,如新中國農(nóng)學會、中華農(nóng)學會、合作學社、地政學會。同時他也以河南第三農(nóng)林局局長、浙江省戰(zhàn)時物產(chǎn)調(diào)整處副處長、河南合作事業(yè)管理處處長等官員身份,盡學識所能為農(nóng)村建設貢獻自身力量。第二部分以馮紫崗農(nóng)村建設思想為中心。馮紫崗主張建設農(nóng)村社會,首應以農(nóng)村調(diào)查為先。在農(nóng)村的調(diào)查過程中,馮紫崗認識到農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟是農(nóng)村建設的核心,并逐漸將農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟學作為自身的學術旨趣。在實踐過程中,馮紫崗進一步認識到合作經(jīng)濟,無論農(nóng)業(yè)合作、工業(yè)合作,還是供銷合作,不僅僅是農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟學的重要分支,同時也是繁榮農(nóng)村的有效途徑。由于第二次中日戰(zhàn)爭的爆發(fā),馮紫崗的合作思想也發(fā)生一些變化。由關注農(nóng)民權(quán)益、農(nóng)民話語到戰(zhàn)爭年代更注重國家效率、國家整合統(tǒng)制力;由注重信用合作,到更加注重生產(chǎn)合作社、工業(yè)合作社等發(fā)展;由原來注重合作社的經(jīng)濟功能到更注重合作社的政治、文化力。第三部分主要探討了馮紫崗主管合管處時期,特別是1940年至1942年間,河南合作事業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況。在肯定馮紫崗農(nóng)村合作經(jīng)濟理念對河南合作事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到一定的積極作用的同時,也應看到殘酷的抗戰(zhàn)現(xiàn)實所產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)在張力與外在壓力極大地影響著河南合作事業(yè)的發(fā)展走勢。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, with the trend of modernization in China, urban modernization has developed to a certain extent. However, the rural areas in China have been subjected to constant turbulence and shock. The revival and prosperity of rural society have become the objects of concern and practice for a considerable number of people of insight. In 20th century, the rural rejuvenation movement in the 1920s and 1930s quietly flourished. As a "scholar official", Feng Zigang was not only a scholar of cooperative economy, but also an agricultural official of the Nanjing National Government. He actively participated in the movement in his own unique way. The first part of the article uses empirical analysis to explore Feng Zigang's career. Feng Zigang, who has returned from France to France, travels to Shanghai Labor University, Zhejiang University, and Central University. Anhui University and the Central political School of the Kuomintang took part in the construction of a network of intellectuals in the cooperative community with the common academic interests of agricultural economy and rural cooperation. In order to strengthen academic exchanges and expand the network of scholars, Feng Zigang has also actively formed or joined various educational associations, such as the New China Agricultural Association, the Chinese Agricultural Association, the Cooperative School Society, and the Lands Association. At the same time, he also served as the Director of the third Agriculture and Forestry Bureau of Henan Province. Deputy Director of Zhejiang Province's wartime property Adjustment Department, Director of Henan Cooperation Management Office, and other officials, The second part takes Feng Zigang's rural construction thought as the center. Feng Zigang advocates the construction of rural society, the first should be rural investigation. In the process of rural investigation, Feng Zigang realized that rural economy is the core of rural construction, and gradually regarded rural economics as his academic purport. In the process of practice, Feng Zigang further realized that cooperative economy, whether agricultural cooperation or industrial cooperation, Or supply and marketing cooperation, not only an important branch of rural economics, but also an effective way to prosper rural areas. Due to the outbreak of the second Sino-Japanese War, Feng Zigang's cooperative thinking has also undergone some changes. In the war years, peasants' discourse paid more attention to national efficiency and national integration and control; from focusing on credit cooperation to more on the development of production cooperatives and industrial cooperatives; and from paying attention to the economic functions of cooperatives to paying more attention to cooperative politics. The third part mainly discusses Feng Zigang's period of supervision and management, especially from 1940 to 1942. While affirming that Feng Zigang's concept of rural cooperative economy plays a positive role in the development of Henan's cooperative cause, We should also see that the internal tension and external pressure produced by the cruel reality of the Anti-Japanese War greatly affect the development trend of Henan cooperation.
