【摘要】：正抗日戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)前,日本是強(qiáng)大的、統(tǒng)一的現(xiàn)代工業(yè)國家,中國是落后的、分裂的農(nóng)業(yè)國家。日本的年工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值高達(dá)60億美元,中國僅為13.6億美元,不到日本的1/4;日本鋼產(chǎn)量169萬噸,中國4萬噸,僅為日本的1/42;日本年產(chǎn)飛機(jī)1580架,大口徑火炮744門,坦克330輛,汽車9500輛,而中國尚不能生產(chǎn)一架飛機(jī),一門大口徑火炮,一輛坦克或汽車。這種國力、軍力的巨大懸殊,決定了中
