【摘要】：由于種種原因,歷史上湘軍長期被視為保守的軍事力量而飽受詬病,有論者甚至視其為近代軍閥之濫觴,認(rèn)為它阻礙了軍事近代化的進(jìn)程。然而,事實(shí)上卻并非如此,湘軍是中國歷史上第一支實(shí)施真正意義上募兵制的軍隊(duì),還是首支具有明確價(jià)值觀指導(dǎo)的軍隊(duì)。它不僅力主自主制造武器裝備,而且形成了初步的“制海權(quán)”思想,并將防御確立為主要的作戰(zhàn)形式,邁出了由古代傳統(tǒng)軍隊(duì)向近代軍隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要一步,是中國軍事近代化的有力推動(dòng)者。
[Abstract]:Due to various reasons, the history of Hunan has long been regarded as a conservative military forces and criticized, some critics even regarded as the origin of modern warlords, it hinders the development of the modern military. However, the fact is not the case, Hunan is China history the first implementation of the real meaning of the mercenary system the army, or the first with clear guidance of values of the army. It not only advocated the independent production of weapons and equipment, and the formation of the initial "sea", and will be established as the main form of defensive combat, has taken an important step in the transition from ancient to modern conventional military forces, is Chinese military modernization powerful promoters.
