【摘要】：婚姻改革是近代社會(huì)民主改革重要內(nèi)容之一�？箲�(zhàn)時(shí)期,中共將婚姻改革作為根據(jù)地民主建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性工作,對(duì)舊有的婚姻制度、婚姻觀念及婚姻禮俗進(jìn)行了較為深入的變革。冀南根據(jù)地依據(jù)新婚姻政策和婚姻條例,并結(jié)合冀南農(nóng)村婚姻具體實(shí)際,制定新婚姻條例實(shí)施原則以及婚姻問題處理辦法,積極推進(jìn)婚姻改革司法實(shí)踐工作。冀南根據(jù)地將婚姻改革貫穿社會(huì)建設(shè)始終,同時(shí),冀南地區(qū)婚姻改革與婦女運(yùn)動(dòng)相輔相成,以婦救會(huì)為代表的各基層組織宣傳新婚姻觀念,主張改革落后的婚姻觀念與婚姻禮俗,在全力支持抗戰(zhàn)的同時(shí),對(duì)建設(shè)新型婚姻形態(tài)進(jìn)行了有益探索。但是,由于特殊的戰(zhàn)爭環(huán)境,冀南地區(qū)的婚姻改革過程中也遇到諸多難題,為新中國婚姻立法提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。本文以冀南農(nóng)村地區(qū)為例,以抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期根據(jù)地婚姻改革政策為主線,探尋中國特殊社會(huì)背景下的婚姻改革問題,分析抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期婚姻倫理的變遷,進(jìn)而審視現(xiàn)代中國婚姻立法的演進(jìn)歷程,以期對(duì)現(xiàn)代婚姻俗制改革提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Marriage reform is one of the important contents of modern social democratic reform. During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China took marriage reform as the basic work of democracy construction in the base area, to the old marriage system. The concept of marriage and marriage customs were deeply changed. The base area of southern Hebei Province based on the new marriage policy and marriage regulations, and combined with the specific reality of rural marriage in southern Hebei. To formulate the implementation principles of the new marriage regulations and measures to deal with marriage issues, actively promote the judicial practice of marriage reform. The South Hebei base area throughout the social construction of marriage reform, at the same time. Marriage reform and women's movement complement each other in the south of Hebei Province. The grassroots organizations represented by the Women's Rescue Association propagate the new concept of marriage and advocate the reform of the backward concept of marriage and marriage customs while fully supporting the War of Resistance against Japan. The construction of a new form of marriage has been a useful exploration. However, due to the special war environment, the marriage reform process in southern Hebei also encountered many difficulties. This article takes the rural areas of southern Hebei Province as an example, taking the marriage reform policy of base areas during the War of Resistance against Japan as the main line, explores the marriage reform problems in the special social background of China. This paper analyzes the changes of marriage ethics during the War of Resistance against Japan and examines the evolution of modern Chinese marriage legislation in order to provide reference for the reform of modern marriage custom system.
