【摘要】：民國初年,隨著北洋軍事集團(tuán)的發(fā)展,北洋軍閥控制勢力范圍不斷擴(kuò)大。倪嗣沖就是在這種大的社會背景下,依靠袁世凱撥與的部分武衛(wèi)右軍(安武軍原始班底),通過一次次戰(zhàn)爭,最終實現(xiàn)武力統(tǒng)一安徽而發(fā)展起來的地方軍閥。 倪嗣沖共主政安徽8年,是皖系軍閥的重要成員之一,其曾對當(dāng)時的政治局勢產(chǎn)生過一定影響。安武軍自其前身武衛(wèi)右軍于1911年組建,至1927年被蔣介石的北伐革命軍收編,先后存在了16年之久。安武軍在倪嗣沖的統(tǒng)率下,不斷地發(fā)展壯大。鼎盛時期的安武軍,論實力可以說是“冠絕東南”的一支部隊�？梢哉f沒有倪嗣沖,就沒有安武軍的輝煌歷程,而沒有安武軍做后盾,倪嗣沖也不可能成為北洋軍閥中,具有一定話語權(quán)的地方實力派。 本文主體主要分為四個部分：第一章對倪嗣沖的早期軍政經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行論述。論述內(nèi)容側(cè)重于倪嗣沖早期的軍事方面的經(jīng)歷。 第二章主要對安武軍成軍、發(fā)展、衰亡等不同階段進(jìn)行論述,其中,一方面著重論述了安武軍從組建到成軍的過程；另一方面在對安武軍擴(kuò)充的論述中,著重論述了改編定武軍為新安武軍的過程；再有就是對安武軍的衰亡過程及原因的論述。 第三章主要對安武軍軍政機(jī)關(guān)的編制,安武軍營制及其戰(zhàn)斗序列進(jìn)行了論述。對安武軍軍政機(jī)關(guān)的編制論述方面,主要論述了督軍公署及鎮(zhèn)守使公署的具體編制。對安武軍營制方面的論述,因受資料不足的限制,在論述了武衛(wèi)右軍的營制之后,主要集中于改編后的安徽陸軍營制。 第四章主要論述了倪嗣沖對安武軍的治理方面。主要內(nèi)容涵蓋了倪嗣沖對安武軍將領(lǐng)的任用及安武軍的獎懲、安武軍軍費的籌措等方面。
[Abstract]:In the early years of the Republic of China, with the development of the Beiyang military group, the control sphere of the Northern warlords continued to expand. The local warlords, who rely on part of the right armed forces assigned by Yuan Shikai (the original squad of the armed forces), developed through wars, and finally realized the unification of Anhui by force. Ni Si Chong ruled Anhui for 8 years. He was one of the important members of the warlords of Anhui Province, which had a certain influence on the political situation at that time. The Anwu Army was formed in 1911 from its predecessor, the right Army of Wuwei. In 1927, Jiang Jieshi's Revolutionary Army of the Northern Expedition, successively existed for 16 years. Under the leadership of Ni Sichong, the armed forces of Anwu continued to develop and strengthen. It can be said that without Ni Sitong, there would be no glorious course of the armed forces, and without the support of the armed forces, Ni Sizhong would not be able to become a northern warlord. A local power with a certain right to speak. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter discusses Ni Sizhong's early military and political experience, which focuses on Ni's early military experience. The second chapter mainly discusses the different stages, such as the formation, development and decline of the armed forces. The third chapter mainly discusses the establishment of the military and government organs of the armed forces, the military barracks system and its combat sequence, as well as the compilation and discussion of the military and political organs of the armed forces. This paper mainly discusses the specific establishment of the Office of the Superintendent of the military and the Office of the Presidium. The discussion on the Anwu military barracks system is limited by the lack of data, after discussing the battalion system of the right armed forces of Wuwei. Mainly concentrated in the adaptation of the Anhui Army Battalion system. Chapter 4th mainly discusses Ni Sichong's administration of the armed forces of Anwu. The main contents include the appointment of generals of the armed forces of Anwu, the rewards and punishments of the armed forces of Anwu, and the raising of military expenditure of the armed forces of Anwu.
