【摘要】：辛亥革命以后,在孫中山“五族共和”思想以及新文化運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響下,西安地區(qū)回族內(nèi)部一批知識(shí)分子、政界要員、商界精英、宗教界開明人士,鑒于國家的內(nèi)憂外患和本民族積貧積弱的現(xiàn)狀,以振興回回民族、弘揚(yáng)伊斯蘭文化、發(fā)展新式民族教育、溝通回漢之間感情、改革回族陳規(guī)陋習(xí)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),先后創(chuàng)立了西安回教救災(zāi)會(huì)、中國回教公會(huì)陜西分會(huì)等十個(gè)回族社團(tuán)。這些社團(tuán)組織成立以后,在組織動(dòng)員各地回族創(chuàng)辦學(xué)校、發(fā)展新式教育；創(chuàng)辦報(bào)刊,宣傳民族文化；開展抗日宣傳工作,組織回民參與抗戰(zhàn)；救助回族難民,組織開展生產(chǎn)自救等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。 民國時(shí)期西安回族社團(tuán)組織的興起與發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了伊斯蘭教的振興,增強(qiáng)了回族穆斯林的民族意識(shí),同時(shí)推動(dòng)了回族民族教育的發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)了穆斯林之間以及穆斯林和其他各族人民的團(tuán)結(jié)和聯(lián)系。尤其是回族社團(tuán)在民族危亡之際,所表現(xiàn)出的愛國熱情和歷史責(zé)任感更應(yīng)為后輩所繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)。但是這一時(shí)期社團(tuán)的發(fā)展也都受到經(jīng)費(fèi)、人才等因素的制約,而有一定的歷史局限性,其中的得失成敗,為后來西安地區(qū)回族的發(fā)展和國家民族宗教政策的制定和實(shí)施都積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:After the Revolution of 1911, under the influence of Sun Yat-sen 's thought of "the Republic of five races" and the New Culture Movement, a group of intellectuals, political figures, business elites and religious enlightened personages in Xi'an Hui nationality. In view of the internal and external troubles of our country and the present situation of our nation accumulating poverty and weakness, the starting point is to revitalize the Hui nationality, carry forward the Islamic culture, develop the new national education, communicate the feelings between the Hui and the Han nationality, and reform the old and bad habits of the Hui nationality. Xi'an Muslim disaster Relief Association, Shaanxi Branch of China Muslim Association and other ten Hui communities were founded. After the establishment of these organizations, they mobilized Hui ethnic groups to set up schools and develop new types of education. Establishing newspapers and periodicals to propagate national culture; To carry out anti-Japanese propaganda and organize the Hui people to participate in the War of Resistance; Relief of Hui refugees, organizations to carry out production and self-help has played an important role. The rise and development of Hui community organizations in Xi'an during the Republic of China promoted the revitalization of Islam, strengthened the national consciousness of Hui Muslims, and promoted the development of Hui nationality education. It has strengthened solidarity and ties among Muslims and among Muslims and other ethnic groups, especially at a time of national peril for the Hui community. The patriotic enthusiasm and the sense of historical responsibility should be inherited and carried forward by the later generation. However, the development of the community in this period is also restricted by funds, talents and other factors, and there are certain historical limitations. The success or failure accumulated valuable experience for the later development of Hui nationality in Xi'an area and the formulation and implementation of national religious policy.
