【摘要】： 亦集乃路是元代西北一個路級行政單位。上世紀初,這里發(fā)現(xiàn)大量珍貴文物,尤其是發(fā)現(xiàn)大量漢文及其他少數(shù)民族文書,催生了一門新興學科—黑水城文獻學。黑水城文書中有許多件涉及元代亦集乃路糧食的征收、儲存、運輸?shù)葍?nèi)容,對我們了解元代亦集乃路乃至元朝末年西北地區(qū)的政治、經(jīng)濟情況有重要幫助。本文以黑水城所出元代文書為基礎(chǔ),選取其中若干件文書,在分析其形式、確定其性質(zhì)、考訂其名稱的基礎(chǔ)上,研究文書所反映的意義,對元代末期亦集乃路的糧食問題進行較全面地探討。全文主要分為以下五個部分。 1.通過河渠司相關(guān)文書的整理與研究,聯(lián)系西北地區(qū)特殊的地理環(huán)境,分析亦集乃路河渠司的特殊職能,對此處河渠司的性質(zhì)作出新的判斷。重點研究其在征集稅糧及申報糧食產(chǎn)量中的作用,分析河渠司職能寬泛的原因。 2.清理元亦集乃路的倉庫文書,對亦集乃路廣積倉的職能進行考辨,對廣積倉的管理進行研究。分析玉卜倉的性質(zhì),對兩件倉庫官任用文書進行分析研究。 3.在整理相關(guān)文書的基礎(chǔ)上,研究亦集乃路的糧食流通。元代前期亦集乃地區(qū)的糧食主要從甘肅蘭州轉(zhuǎn)運,至治二年開始直接從寧夏府路轉(zhuǎn)運。但從文書上反映出來亦集乃路的糧食來源還有河東宣慰司,即今山西地區(qū)。當然還有部分糧食從甘肅行省轉(zhuǎn)運。 4.從《至正廿四年司吏劉融買肉面等物呈文》《亦集乃分省原出放規(guī)運牒》等文書入手,聯(lián)系相關(guān)文書,分析元代后期亦集乃路的經(jīng)濟情況,指出此時小麥已經(jīng)具備一般等價物的特性。 5.總結(jié)以上研究內(nèi)容,分析亦集乃路的特殊性,認識亦集乃路的重要地位,尤其是在元末經(jīng)濟中的重要地位。
[Abstract]:Yisinai Road is a road-level administrative unit in the northwest of the Yuan Dynasty. At the beginning of the last century, the discovery of a large number of precious cultural relics, especially the discovery of a large number of Chinese and other minority documents, gave birth to a new discipline-Blackwater City philology. There are many documents in Blackwater City which are related to the collection, storage and transportation of grain in the Yuan Dynasty. It is of great help to us to understand the political and economic situation of the Northwest region in the Yuan Dynasty and even in the late Yuan Dynasty. On the basis of the documents of the Yuan Dynasty produced by Heishui City, this paper selects some of them, and on the basis of analyzing their forms, ascertaining their properties and examining their names, studies the significance of the documents. The grain problem in the late Yuan Dynasty was discussed. The full text is divided into the following five parts. 1. Through the arrangement and study of the relevant documents of the River and Canal Division and the special geographical environment of the Northwest China, this paper analyzes the special functions of the River Canal Division, and makes a new judgment on the nature of the River Canal Division here. This paper focuses on its role in collecting tax grain and declaring grain yield, and analyzes the reasons for the wide function of river canal department. 2. Clearing the warehouse documents of Yuan-ji Road, studying the functions of Yi-Ji Road Warehouse, and studying the management of the Warehouse. This paper analyzes the nature of Yububin, and analyzes two documents of appointment of warehouse officials. 3. On the basis of sorting out the relevant documents, the study is also focused on the grain circulation. In the early Yuan Dynasty, grain was transported mainly from Lanzhou, Gansu, and directly from Ningxia Fu Road in two years. But also reflected from the document is the source of grain Hedong Xuanhui Division, that is, Shanxi region. Of course, part of the grain from Gansu Province transit. 4. Starting with the documents such as Liu Rong's purchase of meat noodles and other materials in the twenty-four years since the beginning of the year, and connecting with the relevant documents, he analyzed the economic situation of the late Yuan Dynasty as well. It is pointed out that wheat has the properties of general equivalent at this time. 5. This paper summarizes the above research contents, analyzes the particularity of Yaiji Road, and recognizes its important position, especially in the economy of the late Yuan Dynasty.
