西漢陵縣徙民諸問題管窺

【摘要】： 陵縣(邑)徙民問題是研究西漢時期政治軍事制度、豪族問題等相關課題的重要組成部分。陵縣徙民現(xiàn)象本身與陵縣的設置相始終也幾乎貫穿整個西漢王朝,同時也僅在西漢王朝如此長時間地存在過。本文圍繞西漢時期陵縣徙民現(xiàn)象分別討論了三個問題,一是陵縣與徙陵政策的興起與廢罷,該部分內(nèi)容以時間為主線,分別介紹了陵縣徙民在不同歷史時期所呈現(xiàn)出的不同特點,包括社會環(huán)境、政治環(huán)境等幾個方面。并在行文中對學界存有爭議的“惠帝安陵昌優(yōu)之徙”、“文帝薄葬說”等問題闡述了自己的學習心得。 始于西漢初年的陵縣徙民將大量的關東人口分批次地遷入關中地區(qū),對關中地區(qū)必然產(chǎn)生巨大的影響,本文的第三章即以此為問題展開討論,避繁就簡地討論了陵縣徙民對關中影響的兩個方面即對關中經(jīng)濟以及對“大關中”區(qū)域形成的影響。 陵邑徙民的功能之一還在于對地方豪強勢力的摧抑、打擊,因而本文在第四章就陵邑徙民與西漢時期豪族群體發(fā)展的關系問題進行了分節(jié)討論,以武帝朝為界劃分出兩個歷史時期,闡述了豪族在西漢時期出現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展的“兩個春天”的前因后果。文末筆者就史籍中所見諸陵人物列為附錄,以供參考。
[Abstract]:The resettlement of Ling County (Yi) is an important part of the political and military system in the Western Han Dynasty. The phenomenon of resettlement of people in Lingxian itself and the setting of Lingxian County have almost run through the whole Western Han Dynasty, and only existed in the Western Han Dynasty for such a long time. This paper discusses three problems around the phenomenon of resettlement in Lingxian in the Western Han Dynasty. The first is the rise and abolition of Lingxian and the resettlement policy, which takes time as the main line. This paper introduces the different characteristics of resettlement in Lingxian in different historical periods, including social environment, political environment and so on. In the article, the author expounds his own learning experience on the controversial issues of "the migration of Hui Emperor Anling Chang" and "Emperor Wen Di's theory of burial". In the early years of the Western Han Dynasty, the resettlement people of Lingxian County moved a large number of people into Guanzhong area in batches, which will inevitably have a great impact on the Guanzhong area. The third chapter of this paper discusses this issue. This paper briefly discusses the influence of resettlement in Lingxian County on Guanzhong economy and the formation of Daguan area. One of the functions of the migration of the Lingyi people is also to suppress and strike at the local powerful forces. Therefore, in the fourth chapter, the author discusses the relationship between the migration of the Lingyi people and the development of the great ethnic groups in the Western Han Dynasty. This paper divides two historical periods into two historical periods, and expounds the causes and consequences of the "two spring" of the development of the Haozu in the Western Han Dynasty. At the end of the article, the author listed the figures in historical books as appendices for reference.
