探尋隋朝鄉(xiāng)里制度的淵源

【摘要】：隋文帝即位不久就制定了鄉(xiāng)里制度,關于鄉(xiāng)里制度的淵源眾說紛紜,從宏觀上看就是探尋隋令的淵源,因為隋朝鄉(xiāng)里制度制定的依據(jù)是隋令。微觀上看就要對鄉(xiāng)里制度的各種規(guī)定加以細致分析,全面了解鄉(xiāng)里制度,以挖掘其淵源,并且用動態(tài)理論去探尋政策的發(fā)展是和時局的變化息息相關的。
[Abstract]:Sui Wen-di made the rural system shortly after he became king. The origin of the rural system is different.
