【摘要】： 官吏賄賂問題由來已久。早在春秋戰(zhàn)國時期就已經(jīng)相當嚴重。筆者在吸收前輩學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,充分利用各種文獻資料,主要圍繞春秋戰(zhàn)國時期官吏賄賂的表現(xiàn)、特點、影響、盛行的原因,統(tǒng)治者懲治賄賂的措施、特點以及這一時期官吏賄賂和懲治賄賂帶給我們的啟示等方面展開論述。通過這些論述不僅使我們從特定的角度了解了春秋戰(zhàn)國時期的政治、經(jīng)濟和文化發(fā)展狀況,而且對為政者可以起到警示和自律作用,對我們今天的反腐工作也具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The issue of official bribery has a long history. As early as the Spring and Autumn warring States period has been quite serious. On the basis of absorbing the research achievements of predecessors and scholars, the author makes full use of all kinds of documents and materials, mainly focusing on the performance, characteristics, influence, reasons for the prevalence of official bribery in the Spring and Autumn and warring States period, and the measures taken by the rulers to punish bribery. The characteristics of this period and the official bribery and punishment of bribery brought us enlightenment and so on. Through these discussions, we not only understand the political, economic and cultural development of the Spring and Autumn and warring States period from a specific angle, but also serve as a warning and self-discipline for the politicians, and also have reference significance for our anti-corruption work today.
